The property was clean, updated from last time my wife and I had stayed back in 2004. Rooms were clean smelled wonderful and the bed was comfortable. The outside pool was inviting. Plenty of space to lounge around in lobby and outside near pool. A+++ 5 star Thank you.

The team was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. My room was spotless, well-designed, and featured a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. The resort-style pool and well-equipped gym were fantastic. I also enjoyed relaxing in the lobby lounge and using the high-speed Wi-Fi.

Priced very high for the area. Charged $35 for parking in an area that really shouldn’t charge for parking. No coffee available in lobby, only Starbucks. One person working the “dining” in the morning and evening. Long lines getting any food. Front desk was very friendly. Rooms were nice and big. Newish showers, nice small pool.

Stayed at this property and my vehicle was broken into. I have lost thousands of dollars in tools and equipment. The hotel charges its guests for parking but does not provide security. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the overall stay does not provide one a piece of mind. I will forever be reminded of the incident when I see a Courtyard. Be aware of this particular facility.

Very nice hotel clean the cafe at the hotel food was good short menu ,we gave four stars because they only except credit cards no cash at the cafe ,not everyone has credit cards or credit we do but it puts many guests in an odd position since there's not many eatery's around

Did not disappoint! We got a last minute reservation because of the poor unclean condition of our previously booked nearby hotel, and everyone here was very welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, it was a nice breath of fresh air! If we’re in Ft. Lauderdale again, we’ll definitely be returning!

They would not accept check in B4 3pm, so we had to leave luggage and come back. We had breakfast included and front desk did not provide information about where to go or hours, nor they mentioned anything about having to request cleaning the room, so the following day at 3 they had not cleaned. I had to go downstairs and ask to at least make the bed and provide clean towels. Sheets for sofa bed not provided.

Very very very rude breakfast attendant. I won’t share her name but I stayed a week and after dealing with her for 2 days I went out to spend more money for a peaceful breakfast. One morning I was eating and she charged to my table demanding my room Number and that she needed to charge me for a banana and bacon. It was very disturbing. I was going to write to corporate but I’m just to busy and want to move past it. Been traveling for decades never experienced anything like this but I understand mental health issues. Front desk staff and housekeeping excellent friendly .

The staff is awesome! Emily at the front desk was helpful in every way. The duo at the Bistro (Goldie the bar tender and Lema the cook), made you feel at home. Greeting you with a smile every time you saw them. This will definitely be the place for me every time I'm in Ft. Lauderdale.

Overall ok property if you need to stay in the area overnight. Rooms have been partly remodeled in recent years, where some things are nice-ish and newer while others look very old/beat up. I encountered some problems during my 2-night stay. Plentiful, free parking spots around the building Nearby dining, grocery and retail options 20 minute drive to Pompano Beach - My room was very warm upon arrival (average hot day out). I turned the thermostat all the way down and put fan on max but sweated all night. Things happen, right? I told front desk in the morning, they said they’ll call facilities - I left all day and came back to a cooling but very loud AC, sounded like a generator - I called front desk 2X, the second time I was placed on hold for 15 min - I go downstairs to find an empty lobby, with two staff talking at the desk. I communicated the AC situation and they said they will switch me, to go pack up, again they would meet me there for the key exchange - 15 min later, nothing, so I called front desk. Phone rang endlessly. Hung up, called again, same. Third time, placed on hold 5 min and no one ever picked up - I go downstairs with just my room key, again no customers, just a staff member staring at a screen. I said I was waiting, he said I should have come down with my stuff. Rude, no apologies - New room had no body wash, no toilet paper and louder neighbors Long story short, poor maintenance and costumer service, 0 apologies for inc

This place was great. I was visiting for an Inter Miami game and this hotel was near the stadium walking distance to the stadium, however the uber/lyft was cheap to and from the stadium if you wished to catch a ride to the stadium. The hotel was clean and staff was amazing!

There aren’t any restaurants near this hotel and the restaurant inside had a limited menu. Our window view was of a private airport with airplanes within a stones throw. The floor around the ac was soaking wet and there was a strong/acrid odor in the hallways. We won’t return. The lobby looked amazing, but that was all.

Do not even waste your time ordering from the Bistro. They make everything in the microwave. My burger was microwaved for sure. The cheese was warped on top of it. You could barely bite through it. Frozen crap and then microwaved. The description of the food is nothing like what you get. The grilled cheese was a rubber piece of ineatable fake bread and processed cheese. It was awful. I didn’t order chicken on my salad but they added it anyway. It was a gross rubber mess. We couldn’t eat it. But the staff was so unapproachable that we could get nothing done about it. Not happy about that at all since we could’ve Door Dashed for the same price for better food. We all felt sick for hours! Please just skip it.

Staff at the reception was courteous and helpful. Check in, check out was easy and hassle free. However, there is no great dine-in option inside the hotel or surrounding area. Existing cafe has very limited option and timing is not convenient. They close early and morning breakfast only available until 10 AM. Cafe should remain open from early morning until late evening for the convenience considering there is no option available nearby outside the hotel. Otherwise no complain about the overall experience. Thank you!

The staff was fabulous…everyone! Front desk (I was greeted each day and notified about fresh cookies 😁. And they helped me celebrate my birthday!!) Housekeeping- far beyond just making the bed, fresh towels and even emptied our ice bucket. Bistro staff - decent food served with a lovely smile and a drink made just right. The property is well maintained and made for a wonderful “ah, I’m home” feeling at the end of each day.
