Stayed 5 nights

Stayed for 5 nights. Didn’t see house keeping once. Had to go down daily and ask for towels and wash cloths. Keys to room deactivated multiple times daily, you get to your room and the key didn’t work. The air conditioner in our room rattled like a rod was thrown. It leaked and flooded our room twice- we personally went and got a mop and mopped our room. However, It kept it cool though. The tub faucet was not connected, it operated by pure prayer. The faucet in the sink shot water out like a kid spitting. The wind whipping down the hallways and under doors made it feel like a haunted house. The hallways were pretty dirty. The elevator had a leak inside, the floor stayed wet. Two staff members were pleasant, however James was a jerk- he didn’t as much as speak to us when asking to make our key work. There were never any pool towels near the pool. The pool loungers were held together with zip ties. Other than being at the beach, this was not a pleasurable 5 days.

Stayed 5 nights

Had a good experience over all . Needed toilet paper one night and was told they didn't have any . Also my baby wears an owlet sock at night and I needed a wifi password to connect to it , was told they don't have a wifi password so that made me pretty uneasy sleeping at night. Bed sheets and cover were stained and all mirrors and the door overlooking the ocean looked as if they haven't been cleaned in months . Had to get help and a new key almost everytime we left the room and returned due to them not working . Very inconvenient holding a baby and all the things . However I did hear them say they were replacing all door locks next week.
