Elevator out of service (this was the third day (I was told by employee)). Pool out of service

Easy and safe parking.

Sink backed up in the middle of the night and flooded room. We couldn’t get another room until the afternoon following day. Next night the whole hotel had a sewage smell in the hallways and no one could explain why. Grounds around pool area were dirty with overflowing trash that children were taking dirty cups out of the trash and throwing in the pool. Rooms were clean with housekeeping daily which was a plus and breakfast options were ok.

Overall a great short stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean and fresh. The pool and hot tub area were nice. The breakfast was great. Close to Aldi and Publix The beach Coquina was close 15 minutes or so. Will come again.

Staff was very helpful and efficient. Check in was a breeze and the business center was really great. The beds were nice and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and bright.

We loved our stay. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were clean. We also loved the amenities like the laundry room. Will stay here again!

I felt very safe staying at this hotel. No complaints at all - just wish I would have had more time to enjoy the pool and hot tub - both looked amazing!

Rooms were clean and basic. Same with breakfast. I use the fitness room every day and it was not easy to be in there. The carpet was old and dirty and smelled terrible. My daughter was in a tennis tournament and we had to go in there to stretch every day. Fitness room needs a make over ASAP. Other than that, everything was good.

The shower ceiling had mold all over it. Beds were only so-so. Shoe molding in bathroom was bad in several places and separating. A lizard was all over our room. Carpets next to walls nearest each bed were full of dirt and dust & needed vaccuuming badly. Staff was very friendly though. Overall experience not one that I want to repeat. Unless rooms are perfectly cleaned & maintained & repaired it's not worth my money!

Horrible smell in lobby at all times. Breaskfast and cleaning staff were amazing!!!

Hotel is run down, dingy, and smells of cigarettes and musty carpet. I was sitting at the desk when a roach crawled out of the lamp.

The customer service was great and our room was very clean.

Excellent cleanliness

Staff is fantastic, breakfast in the morning is just fine, pool and workout facilities look to be really great, but the facilities in general are definitely dated. First stay was last week, and the A/C didn't work great. Second stay was this week, and the water pressure in that particular room was a lot less than the first one. I would say that's fine for a quick business trip, but if I was staying with family on vacation it would be a little disappointing. Something to be very aware of when you consider it.

Wish rooms had darken curtains. Light from parking lot and surrounding store had lots of lights outside. Good from a safety standpoint. But sleeping not!

The good: Check in went smoothly. Room was clean, but had a strange odor. I think it might have been whatever they used to clean the room with. Excellent breakfast and especially the coffee. The coffee maker grinds the coffee beans for you. The bad: We were in a room right across from the ice machine. It was very loud with people getting ice etc. at night. Tub in bathroom had rust. Pillowcase had big stain. Sink in bathroom had some kind of odor from the drain. Toilet was very slow going down. Some seating in breakfast area is worn and needs replacing.

Worst stay of my life. We stayed for 4th of july weekend. Spent the night out to see fireworks, got at the hotel at 10pm and the fire alarm went off for over 30. People out in their cars because it was so loud. I have a baby who was exhausted and very scared of the situation. 30 min later the alarm turned off. We walked into our room and 5 min later the alarm went off again for a few minutes. The alarm went off multiple times after that. Again at 11pm, midnight, 1am.. Someone was also lighting up fireworks behind my room outside. I had a restless night and a terrified baby. At 5am the freaking alarm went off again and didnt shut off until 20-30 later. Then again. I just couldn’t believe it. No one knew what was going on but definitely not definitely not fire. Next night, again! The alarm went off a couple times. You’re at a hotel to sleep and rest and thats the only thing you cant do. I caller the front desk, the guy said he needed to keep running to press the buttom to turn off every time it went off. Thats it? No one found out what happened? Someone smoking in their room? I was livid and couldn’t wait to get out of that hotel. When checking out, i was told i couldnt get a refund because I booked through outside part and not the hotel directly. When contacting Hotels.com, it them 2 says to ‘contact’ the property and tell me i couldn’t get a refund or even a partial refund, but as a courtesy Id get some points ($15 bucks) for my next trip. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Only stayed here for 1 night but wish it was longer. Had an upgraded room to a king suite & it was lovely. A lot of room, comfy bed and quiet area even being on the ground floor by the car park. Comp breakfast was the usual - eggs, sausages, cereal and muffins etc but was all good and no complaints. Shower & amenities were great within the room. Also managed to walk a few minutes to a few restaurants which was a bonus.

A/C units are very loud & disturb sleep.

The staff from the front desk to housekeeping and in the Breakfast service we're all very polite and accommodating. I appreciated that they called me the night before my stay to ask what time I might be getting in. I was getting in late and have had problems with other hotels when this was the case. The beds were very comfortable there was a range of pillows so it was a very luxurious feel even though it is not a luxury Motel. I had everything I needed and had a great experience.

Great staff

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bradenton Beach. Overall, the facilities were good, and I had a pleasant experience. However, I encountered an issue that impacted my stay. A day before my arrival, I was informed that the pool would be unavailable for the entire duration of my stay. Since I had planned this trip to celebrate my birthday with my husband and daughters specifically to enjoy both the beach and the pool, this was quite disappointing. Upon my arrival, I was told that I would receive a $50 refund per night for the inconvenience. However, when I checked in, I was informed that the manager was not available during the weekend and I would need to speak with her on Monday during my check out to process the refund. O. Monday, I was told that the refund was not possible and that I would only be offered a reward card instead. This felt quite dishonest, as I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known this beforehand.

Staff is always friendly and courteous. Breakfast has great variety and is kept clean. Rooms are comfortable and clean

Manager went out of her way for us at checkout to make sure my son had a chance to get a shower after his game before checking out. Great service.

The staff here is phenomenal! They are always ready to help with whatever you may need!! Alex in housekeeping rocks and so did the girl that checked us in I forgot her name. Thanks for making our stay great!!!

The experience was simply amazing, from checking in out thru cheking out. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options, healthy, not so healthy. Super friendly staff during the whole stay. The hotel does feels like a luxury one! Every detail in the room was well thought! We got the king suite, and you have two areas, a small closet, two sinks, a very spacious shower, and loved all the soap, shampoo, etc. it was a 20/10. HUGE THANKS for making my family’s stay the best one. Also the price was a really amazing deal, two nights (bkf included) $340. $25 incidentals, Booked trhu expedia, no surprises at check in! They are located in a very convenient area. Any way, perfect.

customer service was great

Everything was ok except it took over an hour to check in and because the front desk agent accidentaly erased info in the computer I had to go back downstairs at midnight to finish checking in. I should of gotten some compensation for the inconvenience.only one agent at front desk.

Very convenient for food, entertainment and the beach but the outside needs more signs and illumination it does not give credit to the beautiful hotel inside.

Very clean and quiet. Convenient location yet set back away from traffic. Great price. Nice to have breakfast at the hotel before heading to the beach about a 12 minute drive. Restaurants close by.

Shopping centres near by. Breakfast was very good. Very Friendly staff. Location was nice, a 10 minute drive to the beach.

The hotel is comfortable, has breakfast included and it has a pool area with a good size pool and a hot tub. The beds are extremely comfortable and so are the pillows. There’s a little refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom is ample and it has dispensers with soap, body cream and in the shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We stayed for a couple of nights and it was really nice. It’s close to the entrance to Anna Maria Island and it has a known grocery store at walking distance

Pancake machine was broken but no other issues

The day of check in the female that worked day shift had no personality. She was helping someone on the phone & I waited about 4 minutes or so before she acknowledged me. Thankfully, the female that was on duty after 5 pm was very friendly, accommodating, & got us a pool side room, pre-paid within minute. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise to have scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, & gravy, aside from the traditional starch breakfasts other hotels offer. The 24 hour coffee was fantastic. I love an evening cup of decaf. Overall, good experience for this affordable Holiday Inn Express.

Great breakfast

Complementary breakfast was very good and well maintained. Quiet and a great location, convenient to shopping.

So this is an express, people come here for one night or with children. Check in check out. Breakfast is poorly, not really nutritious , more fast food driven Breakfast area small and an abundance of gusta flood the place. . Older set up, workers are not very helpful at emergency times, very many different, front desk people, nobody wants to take responsibility for even lost things. Absolutely frustrating.

The common areas were updated since I was last hear and the outside of the hotel now looks more modern with a fresh coat of gray paint. Breakfast buffet is extensive (eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, etc.) and very clean and well tended. Hopefully the rooms will get a little facelift soon as well - comfortable, clean, quiet, but showing some wear. Excellent bed linens and pillows. Great front desk staff!!
