I asked for a handicapped room - when I got there I was told they had none. I understand being under construction which wasn’t an issue - however mold in the shower they tried to caulk over it…. Then being kept awake until 3:30 because of motorcycles —- the MAJOR is was no working phones in either 3 rooms they moved us to - so when we attempted to leave being on the FIFTH floor- with no working phones I called the 1-800 number they transferred me to the front desk…. I asked if the elevators were working - which he said NO and no idea when they will be fixed. I asked for assistance to carry our luggage down 5 stories since I have a handicapped person with me…. I was told no one is available - then I asked about help assisting my handicapped sister - I was told to call the paramedics and he hung up on me!!!
