The room was OK. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was no tea either in the room or breakfast bar. The waffle iron burned the waffles, coffee pot was dirty, and there was no verity. No fruit, yogurt, muffins. No cream for the coffee. Many containers were empty, and not restocked.

You get what you pay for! When we pulled into the parking lot, there was definitely a drug deal happening. We had to ask for clean bedding. The room wasn’t terribly disgusting but everything else was. We didn’t use the shower because it looked like the shower curtain has never been changed.

Unfortunately, this property looked nothing like the photos or description on Hotels.com. I drove three hours with my family expecting a clean, safe place to sleep, and we left within eight minutes of checking in. The first impression was concerning. The front desk was behind protective-looking glass covered with warning signs, and several people were lingering in the parking lot who appeared to be under the influence. When we entered our room, the beds looked as though they had not been properly made or changed from the previous guests. There were black marks in the tub that appeared to be from dirty feet, stained curtains, dirty flooring, and an overwhelming unpleasant odor. I understand the difference between an older, outdated hotel and a dirty hotel. This was not about outdated décor—the room simply did not appear clean or properly prepared for new guests. I did not feel comfortable allowing my family to sleep there. I returned the key to the front desk within eight minutes and left. The condition and atmosphere were completely different from what was represented online. I would not recommend this property, especially to families concerned about cleanliness and safety.
