They had some work being done on the elevator so it was down the two nights we were there. At 7:30am could hear a blow dryer or something loud being used and woke us up. Could hear other people talk and their TV’s. All in all not a bad place to stay though.

I reserved two rooms here, one for myself and another for family. Both were obviously newly renovated, very clean and in good condition. However, my parents' room on the first floor had a strong musty odor. The room had all hard floors; maybe it was a pet friendly room? I couldn't tell exactly what the smell was from, but it was unpleasant. My room on the second floor was fine-- no smell at all. I'm unsure what the issue was with the first floor room, but would definitely recommend requesting the 2nd floor! Also--there was no working elevator during my stay. It was being renovated, so will likely be available in the near future, but something to note for those who need an elevator to access the second floor.

Lets start with a dirty lobby, then upstairs to a room with no less than 1 dozen dead bugs on/in the widow sill. Burs in the rug that pierced my husband's foot. Unsafe to walk to any close restaurant (nor would you want to). A phone with no plug or wall outlet - so a fake phone. Dusty dirty room No hot water in the morning, just a few minutes of lukewarm. Seriously, this place is a dump!! Its UNwise to Stay here

Exterior looks older and a bit run down, but rooms are clean and recently renovated. Very nice one on your room. Bed was firm and comfortable and the place was quiet which resulted in a great night sleep. That's what counts. Would stay again.

I liked the closeness of the parking to the door. Enough space in the room. Front desk staff was exceptional in handling specific needs. Staff made the time to accommodate our needs. Be careful what room you sign up for as the staff would not/could not make any changes. Due to pricing, we chose a king handicap room, which was on the main floor. Didn’t need a handicap room, but we were stuck with it. If we needed it, the shower had no soap or shampoo containers, just small bottles; no shelf in the shower area and no grab bars, which could have been an issue for anyone. Brkfst was mediocre- the usual scrambled eggs. Waffles were an option. Could have used some creativity in options. Would not stay at this hotel again.

When we checked in, the women at the front desk was very short with us when we asked if there was an elevator. They are renovating and the elevator is out of order. When we asked if we could be on the first floor, she said they were already booked. She is probably overworked as she was obviously doing laundry in the back.

The staff are very kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist you and help with anything you need, including recommendations and directions. (We have never been to this state before.) The rooms are very clean. The breakfast foods and drinks are fresh and delicious. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying overnight or staying for 10 nights like we did.

due to an error on my part I reserved a room through Expedia for the wrong dates. When the error was realised I made 4 attempts to reach your desk, BW Eagar, Az tried 1 time and Expedia twice. We all got the same response, "we cannot take your call just now and you can't leave a message. Call again". The hotel was was clean and the rooms were comfortable. We are seniors and were struggling when we got there as it was late and we were very tired. When we checked in, we were handed our key and directed upstairs. We asked where the elevator was and were told "it's not working". We asked for a room on the 1st floor but were told "it's too late, all the rooms are takin". We asked if there was anyone who could help but were told "not really". Never did the representative look at us or offer an apology for the broken elevator.
