Staff was friendly and patient during a power outage. Real eggs and fresh fruit for breakfast was a plus. Quiet room. Hot tub not working. Sauna took a long time to heat up. Power outage on first night that made the stay questionable/uncomfortable.

Fine for just a night. Room was clean but no headboards on beds, limited lights and no trash can in the entire room. Noise from hallway was easily heard. Had to hold the toilet handle down to flush the toilet. The elevator in the B building needed to be reset three times during our less than 24 hour stay. Breakfast was fair. Spend a few more dollars and book a better hotel in the area or rent an AB&B.

Booked this hotel bc it advertised a hot tub, but hot tub was broken, staff had no other info. The AC in the room was loud and rattling, and lots of traffic noise. The whole hotel appeared to be running on a generator that was plugged in through the back rooms. Garbage gates were left open exposing a bunch of rats- gross. Would not recommend.

The hotel offers an inclusive breakfast but when we got there nearly everything had run out and what was there was cold. Coffee good, The floor in the room was filthy and when we complained we were handed the managers card who was conveniently unavailable. The air conditioner made a terrible noise that kept us awake and there was a hole in the wall next to if that let in daylight. The spa and steam room was out of order. There was a terrible smell in the hallway . It was like sewage. There were cables in the hallway. Covered but should not be there. The carpet in the hallway was old and filthy.

room was clean, breakfast was one of the nicer ones i’ve had at this price point for the room. My only real complaint is that the hotel comes up as having a hot tub. TechnicLly there is a hot tub but neither it nor the sauna were functioning and in reading reviews it appears it hasn’t been functional for some time. Feels disingenuous to me to list a hot tub that isn’t operational. Overall, I would stay here again.

Discovered bedbugs shortly after checking in. Captured one of the bedbugs and took it to the office where the night clerk did not seemed surprised at all. He gave us a new room and after going to look at it we decided to find a new place to stay for the night. The second room he assigned us was very dirty and although we did not find any bedbugs in that room it was way to disgusting for us to stay in. I was told that I would have to speak with a manager about a refund and given her business card. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach her by both myself and Hotels.com I gave up and Hotels.com resolved the issue of payment for me. I would desperately avoid this hotel by all means. We would have slept in the car instead of this hotel.

The room did not meet our expectations at all. I am giving one star only for the bed sheets—not for the room itself. There was dust everywhere, the floor was not cleaned, and the carpet was stained and dirty. The bathroom was also unclean, with dust around the toilet and visible stains on the door and walls. Overall, the room felt neglected and unhygienic.

The beds were comfortable, however, linens appeared dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor, tub had dark stains on bottom where you stand, toilet paper holder was broken, numerous electrical outlets didn't work so corner lamp didn't turn on, room didn't smell clean. Location is great. Near tons of restaurants, site seeing, and highways.

Room infested with ants, floor, on my bathroom hygienes stuff on the counter, etc. Sheets too small for the mattresses, pulled way up at the corners. No microwave in the room, even, to heat water for tea, or reheat food. The lobby had almost hot water available, but the lobby is a separate building. And so on...

The breakfast was fantastic but other than that we will never stay here again. Our sheets and pillow cases had blood and dirt stains, the fridge was not clean as food particles stuck were on the inside. We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub as there was evident scum on the sides, jets weren’t working, and there was dead skin and debris floating all over in the water. You would think they would want that pristine for weekend travelers.

Bed is comfortable. Located next to busy street so noisy. Door to the room has a very big gap in the floor. Light too bright and noise doesn’t dampen. No hand soap at the sink, no body wash for the shower. Tiniest bottles of shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Ended up buying soap and body wash at the Target to take a shower. For the price, disappointing. I would rate at 5 not any higher.

The room was smaller than usual but it was clean, and bed was very comfortable. Staff on check in was very friendly and on check out. The beds could have used headboard because you were leaning on the wall. The sink was in the bedroom area and not in with the tub and toilet which was slightly inconvenient. For the price those were minor inconveniences. The breakfast offered was better than most hotels. Offered fresh fruit. It was clean and comfortable would recommend.

There is no high speed internet. It's slower than dialup and cannot stream videos. These days, that's a must-have. Also the breakfast featured mostly empty containers. The jacuzzi was out of order. We wanted this place to be our go-to whenever we visit our son at Mines. But the WiFi especially is a deal-killer.

Big rooms, clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good, good variety. Only complaint is the HVAC unit rattled and loud and windows are thin and if facing I70 it is very noisy all night long. We asked to be moved to an open room across the hall the next night but were told it was a $30 upcharge for a similar or lesser room. Didn't appreciate that, but over all not a bad stay.

Overall its a good nice hotel. Breakfast is nice and hot Starbucks coffee. Only down fall is housekeeper room was in front of our room and the ladies were talking loud in front of our room early in the morning, no consideration there were guess there still sleeping.

The quality of service was exceptional! We had some complications on the Expedia booking end, but from the night desk staff (immediate care and attention) to the GM (follow-up with an Expedia issue), all was handled efficiently and with kindness. The stay was comfortable, too. This site has earned our repeat business (and we are likely to book directly next time.)

Room was spacious. Nice lobby. However the hotel was experiencing electrical issues while we were there. Electric out for 2.5 hours. No advance notice to rooms. Had to go to lobby to find out what was going on. We had two rooms. One room didn’t get any housekeeping or clean towels one day even though it was across the hall from housekeeping. Very strang.

We booked this property for 4 days while we were in town visiting family because it had a pool for our two children. Our stay was June 26 - June 30th so the pool should have been open. When we checked in we were notified that the pool needed parts to be repaired and it would be open the next day. Every day we inquired about the pool being opened and the front desk staff said it would be open the next day. By the end of our stay the pool never opened. I asked Hotels.com for a partial refund as we never would've booked this hotel if it didn't have a pool as it was 12 miles from our relatives and we had many other hotels closer. Hotels.com reached out to the General Manager who never responded to Hotels.com so Hotels.com said they could not assist me. I wrote the GM an email to her email address and through Hotels.com and she never responded to either. The hotel is incredibly old and they basically remodeled the check in area and put in new carpet. The rooms appear like they did in 1970 with minor refreshes. They do not offer room service every day unless requested. We requested twice and they didn't show up when we came back to the room each evening after finding activities to do with our children that we had to pay for because the pool was not open for the entire length of our stay. The continental breakfast was good. Our only positive experience with the property. I would not recommend this property for its lack of communication and half attempt of a remodel.

The hotel was not as clean as I thought it would’ve been for the High ratings it had. We had to wait every morning for breakfast as the staff could not keep up. Electrical outlet did not work near the bed. There was only one lamp in the room and the rest of the lighting was at the entryway in the bathroom. But the staff was very nice that worked there. Overall would not stay there again.

Wonderful stay, great location, friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend. Stayed here for a mother daughter trip to see Sheryl Crow at Red Rocks. Was about a 10 min uber drive, just perfect. This hotel is conveniently across from a huge mall with everything you can need and want including restaurants, shopping, Target etc. Clean hotel, great selection for the breakfast included (we toasted the English muffins and made our own breakfast sandwiches with egg, bacon or ham, cheese, tomato and the most delicious guacamole) but lots of sweets to choose from as well such as waffles, muffins etc.

This wasn't a bad choice. The hotel is a bit dated in the rooms and hallways but the breakfast room was very nice. It was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. They had premade waffles, lots of hot fruit toppings for the waffles, bacon, canadian bacon, eggs, and lots of fresh fruit. Blueberries, strawberries, etc. It was annoying the spa/hot tub doesn't open until 9 am. We were too tired to sit in there the night we checked in but really wanted to sit in there that morning. We asked for them to open it and they said it was broke. I said there were people sitting in it last night. She then said well it doesn't open until 9am. I said that was too bad because we would be on the road by then.

The pool was great and well-maintained. The rooms were surface cleaned (just don’t walk on the floors without socks or slippers), many tasty snacks were left by previous guests in the room corner, under the chair, under the desk and beside night stand. Parking was limited and additional room services, such as requesting additional towels or room amenities were not delivered on request. After a seven hour wait (and drying with washcloths and hand towels) I went to the front desk and repeated my request. They were happy to fill my request while I was standing there. Apparently, with being sold out due to a junior championship baseball tournament nearby, they were “short” on linens. Same problem with breakfast. It was a free for all at the buffet. Kids and families of hungry little athletes were preparing for a full game day, but the hotel was not able to keep up with replenishing food and left most with yogurt and bagels (no extension of serving time to accommodate those still waiting for something hot). Not cool people.

Hotel was nice for price. Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was adequate but the weekend staff did not keep it stocked. There was no food both days. Monday staff did much better.
