What guests think

At Ramada by Wyndham Denver International Airport, travelers consistently praise the convenient location for DIA and generally friendly front-desk staff, while also noting an aging property with uneven maintenance and variable cleanliness that affect the overall feel of the stay.

Rooms are basic and dated, with comfortable beds but thin walls, occasional road noise, limited power outlets, and some hardware or HVAC quirks. Facilities draw mixed feedback: the airport shuttle runs but can involve long waits or limited hours, elevators and the hot tub have been out at times, Wi‑Fi can be patchy, and a parking fee may apply. Breakfast is often described as minimal or poorly replenished, though many like the classic diner next door for meals. Overall, it suits no‑frills, one‑night airport stays more than longer visits.

Chose this hotel just for the hot tub, but after seeing it, it looked super sketchy and gross, so I opted to use a washcloth for a plug (didn't have one on my tub) and took a bath instead. The cute silver diner next door had good food.

I did not know untill checking in that they charge $10 for parking per night. That should be an up front fee disclosed while booking. Building is old, shows its wear and tear, and the AC unit was as loud as a motorcycle

The shuttle service to/from the airport was disappointing. The message from Ramada after I booked our stay said the shuttle picks up every 20-30 minutes at the airport. Once we checked in, the sign at the hotel said it only picks up once an hour after the 25th minute. We rushed to get there from our flight and walked out just in time to watch the shuttle driving away, even though it was exactly 11:25. We then had to wait another hour with 3 small children for the next shuttle and missed our appointment back home. Meanwhile, we watched shuttles from surrounding hotels picking up multiple times during our hour-long wait. There was also no mention upon booking that there is a charge to leave your vehicle parked at the property.

Property was clean and nicely maintained. Staff was friendly. I Wouldn’t recommend the shuttle. The shuttle picks up for 4 different hotels and fills up very fast, even at 11:45 at night. Had to wait 30 minutes for it to come back again and it immediately filled up to the point where people had to sit on family members laps.

The hot tub was horrible. Dirty, peeling paint, unclean around the tub with big toe nails. The first towel I picked up in the bathroom was stained dirty. The Hot food in breakfast was ice cold. The carpet is old and dirty. I was disappointed and surprised that it was so dirty looking on the inside!

Our stay was on the more affordable side ($150), so perhaps we got what we paid for, but there were several issues worth noting. The floors in both the common areas and our room were noticeably dirty. While the beds appeared clean, there were crumbs on the bureaus. Walking through the hallways, there was a strong smell of marijuana, which other guests were also complaining about in the elevator. This was especially concerning as we both had children with us. In our room, the pipes under the sink sprayed water everywhere whenever the sink or shower was turned on. Unfortunately, all of our towels were folded under the sink and were soaked the first time we used it. When we brought these concerns to the front desk, the response was simply, “We are really sorry about that,” with no follow-up or indication that they intended to address the problems. Overall, while the price point was reasonable, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and dismissive customer service made our stay disappointing.

Great hotel for an overnight stay near the airport. Affordable, Clean and comfortable. The only downside was the rooms are noisy and easy to hear your neighbors on any side or above. The day desk clerk did not pass on our need of the airport shuttle to the 5:00am desk clerk. We stood in the lobby for 20 minutes and finally ask the clerk about our shuttle. He stated we were not on the list (his list was blank by the way - really unusual for the airport shuttle) He called the service and they were full. He said he couldn't do anything about it. Said he couldn't call us a cab-not authorized to do that! Didn't have any funds to pay for the mistake-not authorized. We were handed two business cards to call who we wanted. We got a cab in time to make our flight. It cost us an additional $45 dollars plus tip to get the cab driver out of bed and at the hotel. Never going to stay at this property again. An apology would have been nice. I'm sure the morning desk clerk did not pass on the incident to management!

Extremely rude front desk clerk…took 6 times of doing card keys that would not work…got angry with me and accused me of not knowing what I was doing even after telling me the “machine” was having problems. She also said if I left anything in my car while parked overnight that there were homeless people burglarizing the cars in the hotel’s lot, etc. and made me feel very unsafe parking and having to leave in the dark to catch my flight.

After our flight was delayed 3 hours we arrive at 3am after checking in online and employee working gave us room 324 - we walk into room and it was dirty like bed was unmade/ trash in baskets / dirty towels on floor / dirty washcloths in shower / hair on sheets We walk out to get another room of course Second room 306 We go to room / open door THERE WAS GUEST SLEEPING IN THERE / WE WALKED INTO SOMEONE’S ROOM WHILE THEY WERE ASLEEP!!! We go back downstairs the guy was so no big deal attitude like this happens all the time 3rd attempt - room 326 This time we asked him to check the room himself before we go in. He is gone like 20 mins and returns and gives us keys and says this one is good We go to room and immediately notice bed was sloppy made and again trash in baskets / hand soap already opened / dirty wash clothes in shower I was now very upset and agitated We were tired and all we wanted was a clean room we had paid for. We go back down and said forget it we can’t continue to do this and at this point I can not trust any room would be clean in this hotel. OMG HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN He blamed it on his system but I think something was wrong with the employee as he was acting very matter of fact and had no emotion about the situation And throughout this happening with one hour Everything we came back down he was no where to be found and we had to go knock on the employee only doors to get him to come out We tried calling the hotel phone in hopes he would hear it too
