Room had damage under sink. Beds were hard. People slamming doors,going in and out all night. Could hear them talking and kids running around. Elevator was very old and slow. Took forever. I used the stairs; a lot faster. It was not a good stay.

The hotel was very cluttered. No direction, elevator felt like it was gonna fall. We got out of the elevator to the hallway looking like a storage room and the lobby wasnt any better. The bathroom was tiny and breakfast wasnt a continental breakfast. No fruit and not very many options. Waffle, cereal and White bread for toast and i cant eat gluten. Definitely wont be back.

The pictures posted to Hotels.com are deceiving. The lobby was being used as a storage area with old furniture stacked up, and the carpet was dirty and worn. Although the beds had clean sheets, they were hard. One of the worst travel experiences my family has had and the only reason we stayed the night was due to our late arrival and exhaustion from travel. We were gone by 7am this next day.

The area was good, but noisy, a loud noise woke me up at 5:00am, and I couldn’t go back to sleep. Pet friendly, that is nice. Close to food places, but you would need to drive. They seem to be making some improvements.

Not as pictured. Several rooms have broken windows. Lobby stacked with old furniture. Sometime after 10pm there was a ruckus in the hallway and someone tried to get into our room. They managed to open the door, even though it was locked. Air conditioner makes so much noise, I had to sleep with a towel over my head. “Breakfast” gave us a choice between children’s cereal (Lucky Charms, etc) and waffles. Not a bagel or muffin in sight. It’s clear they are struggling to keep the place open. Might be better if it closed.

Quick and easy check in. Area looked a little run down and the entrance to the hotel look like broken windows had been taped up and they are also doing some construction/renovation I think (at least lots of supplies on side and inside entrance of building point to that). Room is basic and a little dated but it was quiet and safe and a good deal for the price, plus included a little free breakfast (not expansive by any means but still something - there was coffee and juices and mini muffins and a waffle maker and a little fresh fruit. Oh and cereal. Maybe a couple other things but not like eggs and meats).

We had 3 employees stay for work and and they woke up with scratches on there back. Woke up in the middle of the night and saw CHINCHES in the bed around the matress. CHISCHEs are little red animals that bite on humans blood. Chisches like to stay where is dirty or old. Not acceptable. Never again

Lobby smelled like cigar. Our room had boogers on the wall next to the bed and blood(someone wiped their finger on wall with blood). Our bed sheet had a cigar whole even though room says no smoking. The amenities next to the sink where used and inside of the shower on top their was hairs(men’s hair). Rooms are really outdated even though the place has so much potential! And the safety lock on top of door was broken.

The beds were horrible. The mattress caved in the middle. Springs popping and felt all night. The freezer leaked water in the fridge. Fan/light in bathroom were very loud. Black hair in towels. Breakfast was a joke. Staff did not understand english. Do not recommend.

Multiple fixtures in the room were damaged. Smoke detector feel out of the ceiling while I was in bed. Bed was uncomfortable with even less comfortable pillows. Rooms are noisy, can hear people in the other rooms. Doors slam all night long plus there was a party in the parking lot until 4am complete with car alarms and loud music all night. We were in town for our daughter's wedding. We had rentded a house but needed a hotel room for 1 night. We arrived at 3:00 pm at there was no manager onsite. A night was on the front desk asking to call a number. I called & got no answer. There was a woman also waiting in the lobby. She said the manager should be here in 15 minutes. Unacceptable! The manager did not show up for 45 minutes. 2 young men who had no rush in helping us. The hotel had a unclean smell, the carpet was dirty, the vending machines we out of order. We asked for a nonsmoking room. When we opened the day, a cloud of smoke hit our faces. There was also a cigarette burn on the bed cover. The sink was leaking on the floor. We asked for a 2nd set of pillows and they delivered 2. 1 did not even have a pillow case - UNSANITARY! We called the front desk about the smell. A man came up, smelled & said he was just up there & no smell (he JUST got to the property). He told me to open the window. I travel for business & pleasure & have never been in such a unclean place. We had a very tight schedule with the wedding & just stayed 1 night.

When I went to check in the hotel tried to charge me 40 per pet to check. More than doubling the cost of the stay. When I told her I would pay it but leave a negative review. She told me to leave and that she would keep my money anyway. Hotels.com did nothing. Hotels.com could not not provide me with a copy of the contract stating there was adding l charges. So I paid this nasty run down hotel 78 dollars to not stay there! Nothing more than thieves!

Bad bad bad. Clean towels on floor next to toilet. Entrance door to room ill fitted and hard to open with out throwing weight behind turning handle... same for closing. Went for breakfast at 8 am. No food... service until 9 am. Tried to speak to receptionist. She kept helping people return room cards. Got a business catd and she said number to manager. I called and receptionist answered ... i was standing in front of her. One the phone she said she informed manager that they were out of food... she said manager said to not make anymore breakfast food. 945 am we checked out to find breakfast for the kids. Nasty place, nasty receptionist, Nasty HOTEL. HOPE OTHERS ARE NOT RIPPED OFF THE WAY WE WERE.

Building maintenance was very, very poor. Looked out into the courtyard from our room and grass was over knee high. Chairs were everywhere as if this was the place that the local crackheads gathered from the streets for a retreat. The parking lot is a complete mess. Inside property is not well kept up - just a dinky hotel. Bed was clean and was grateful for a shower but was even more thankful we were just passing through and only had to stay 1 night. Definitely not worth $100. Maybe worth $50. I guess inflation is everywhere.

My family and I were not bothered or harassed in any way but there were homeless sitting on the curb outside and we had a few people come in, obviously high, talking about getting high or getting money, which made us feel like we had to be very careful with our belongings and our own safety. The parking lot area was dirty and I'm assuming the trash came from those who were seeking to get drunk and high. The hotel had a continental breakfast but the selection was minimal. Two types of cereal, apples (small), or waffles. I don't expect a lot of a place that is beyond reasonable monetarily, but I do expect a little better than what we experienced on our stay. I will probably try another option next time.

We were a party of 3 and booked a double queen room because it stated it sleeps 4 online. Upon arrival, we were told we’d be charged an additional fee per night for having more than 2 guests in the room. We could not cancel our reservation without fee, so we were left to pay the additional cost. Breakfast was bare bones. Rooms were very dated. We had a 3 night stay and our rooms were never serviced or restocked with fresh towels.
