The property is beautiful with spacious and clean rooms. I was very disappointed to get hit with a $34 per day parking fee. There is a restaurant on the property but it doesn't open until 5:00 pm and the menu is quite limited. The breakfast was included and the coffee was great and buffet was edible, they do offer custom omelets and pancakes and they were great.

Gym facility did not contain cleaning supplies such as disinfectant wipes to clean machines and weights. Two machines were broken. Hotel parking was never available and was always full. Room itself was great. Overall hotel was clean and in good shape

The breakfast was the best part. The parking situation is the worst of any hotel I have been in the last 45 years. Insufficient parking!!! Lack of streaming channels is outdated!! The toilet flushing system was clumsy to use. The design with the open air center made the hotel INCREDIBLY NOISY!!!👎👎

We stay here for the indoor pool that never disappoints for our kids. But embassy suites has fallen off over the years. The made to order omelet station was closed which is another reason why we stay here. I was upset at that. Their bar/restaurant should be available all day long like thr hotel across the street.

I had a great stay at the Embassy Suites in Walnut Creek. The lobby and common area is beautifully decorated with tons of room to sit and relax. My room was spacious and clean and there was a nice spread of food for breakfast. My only complaint would be that the parking garage spaces are a nightmare. I had to ask a complete stranger to help guide me while backing out because the spaces are so tight and poorly designed, so keep that in mind when choosing a spot! Overall a great stay.

We stayed here for 2 days while my kids attended a track meet at the Diablo College a few minutes ago. It was close to where we needed to be. Ample food restaurants nearby. Priced well for the amenities. We enjoy the size of the room it works well with my family since I am traveling with kids. Room is a nice size to accomodate multiple luggage bags. Pool needs some TLC though... it gets alot of use and we notice in most of the Embassy Suite pools that their is hair, garbage and sediment in pools. Water was cloudy. It just didnt not make it enjoyable to use. My kids used it for a limited amount of time and they were done...to many people there. Pool could use a bit of cleaning. Breakfast was phenomal. Which is the main reason I choose Embassy Suites-- you can't top their amazin breakfast.

Worst complaint: Parking was restrictive. No real open parking for guests. Two choices were to use a public parking garage or valet parking. Since valet was just a few more dollars per night, we opted for valet parking, The parking constraints were not very clear when we booked. THE ROOM: The room was comfortable but a little out dated. I would expect Embassy Suites to have upgraded to Smart TVs by now with few Apps. Would have been nice to log into a few of my apps on the TVs. FREE BREAKFAST: Adequate, but subpar compared to the eight other Embassy Suites I have stayed at across the country. HAPPY HOUR: Not bad. We were satisfied. PROPERTY LOCATION: Very good. Easy on/off highway I-680. Also. literally across the street from the BART Subway/Train Station into San Francisco. Very convenient for sightseeing and touring. THE STAFF: The staff receives my "Double Thumbs Up Chuck Norris Seal of Approval." Top notch service. From the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team, all were very friendly and helpful. FINAL THOUGHTS: Would I stay here again? I would consider it if they upgraded the room technology and made parking a little more convenient. So other than the few minor hiccups mentioned we did enjoy our quick 4-day stay.

What a nightmare experience! Do not stay at he Embassy Suites Walnut Creek/Concord CA location. We arrived after an 8 hour drive to visit family and noticed the parkling lot was full to capacity and the arm blocking entrance was up. Dueing check with I asked the front desk guy withbthe glasses where we were to park as guest of the hotel. He said, "i dont know', "we have an event so parking might be full". He proceeded to twll me that we could park in the public lot and pay and additional fee of $24/day and each time we moved the car we would have to pay. I asked why this was not disclosed during booking time and he shrugged his shoulder. He provided zero help or compassion yo the fact that we jist deove 8 hours and only wanted to park, unoad our car, go to our room and sleep. Ive never been so disappointed in a hotel in my life. There was trash in the hallways that sat there most of the weekend. We utlimate had to walk to the bart parking back n forth to unload our car. Do not stay here.

Room was unclean. Dirty sock from previous visitor left on floor. Some sort of dried splatter on walls of shower (I really hope it was soap and not biologic). Torn fabric on sofa. Chicken bone on floor of ice machine room and empty soda can in ice dispenser (there for two days. We complained to front desk about findings in room, staff promised room would be cleaned properly. Twelves hours later we complained about the same findings. They finally sent someone up to clean the bathroom.

The property looks nice very clean. The beds were not clean , mattresses had stains , sheets had stains, the first room we had the sofa bed had minimal stains on mattress not to mention lots of food crumbs on it you you pulled it out, the second room sofa bed was worse, really big stains on mattress. The third room they put us in was better , still stains on mattresses and sheets and blankets, why don’t they change out mattresses ever so once in awhile. Won’t stay at this hotel again.

Staff upon arrival was great. We didn’t have issues until we were getting ready for bed, at that time there had been a shift change. We discovered our sofa bed was broken & screw shut when we tried to open it for our children. This information was not told to us when we checked in; however when we called the front desk to advise them of this the woman said “oh yes it’s broken, we can only offer to move you.” At this time is was 11pm, my toddler was already asleep so packing up & moving everyone and our things was going to be a major inconvenience. We then went to use the extra blankets and pillows which they provided for the sofa bed, only to find the pillows covered in mold. Our only option at this point aside from packing up and leaving was too request new ones. The hotel refused to offer a credit or partial refund. We book many staycations and this was by far one of our worst experiences. Especially the mold & sofa bed issue.

Staff was rude at check-in. Tables at breakfast were not clean. There were toenails on the carpet in our room. The bathtub/shower doesn't drain well. It was great a couple of years ago, but it was incredibly disappointing this time around.

Great custom omlets for breakfast. But, no housekeeping service in three days. Worst internet access EVER! When I go on I run i I willnto advertising that takes over my computer like a virus - but it is not a virus, just the hotel I am paying a lot of money every day. Then, if I stay online a while they do it again and again. I will never stay here again!

We spent 3 days in the hotel. The room was decorated in black and grey and therefore very dark and cave like. It was clean. The shower gel dispenser was empty. The bathroom was small, but adequate. However the towel rack placement meant the towels hung over the toilet. The room was on the end of the hall and therefore very quiet. We had an issue with the ac being too cool. Once it was reported it was fixed promptly by very courteous staff. The breakfast was good with a great selection. The melon was green-very disappointing for California. The location was great if you want to travel North or South.There wasn't on street parking in the area so the valet service was required. The valet staff was extremely courteous.

My room was right by the Bart rail tracks. I wish I had known. I would have asked for a different room. The trains ran every 10 min until 1:00 a.m. even with earplugs I could not sleep. I was falling asleep during the conference the next day. Never again.

Requested to have the room being cleaned daily, yet they didn’t do it. Talked to the front desk requested cleaning service that was not performed in the afternoon. The staff said that no service was available. No cleaning staff! Had been staying in that hotel over the years. The level of service went downhill.

Used to love this place but please don't stay here. My money has been stolen by the hotel. My brief encounter recently: At midnight on the night of my arrival I was denied check-in for a booked room at the front desk. It was on the grounds of not having a physical credit card for incidentals. I offered Apple Pay but they do not accept that per their policy. All they said was "Sorry" and stared at me until I left. Fine. It was easy to take my business elsewhere; their loss of my business, so I thought... The next morning I get a charge on my credit card from these people for the rooms they denied me only 8 hours earlier. The hotel's customer service phone line was no help and punted me to Hotels.com. When Hotels.com inquired about the refund I was told "we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the change fee." So this is where we are. Please don't support this institution by staying here.

We stay here whenever we visit the Bay Area. The location is excellent with easy freeway and BART access. The suites are spacious and well appointed, the staff is very courteous and helpful, and the included breakfast buffet is a nice added bonus. And the onsite restaurant for dinner is surprisingly on par with any fine dining establishment in the area. Finally, another added bonus is each adult guest gets a coupon for two free happy hour drinks at the bar each night.

Many guests (including ourselves) appreciate the pet friendly policy at this hotel, which means it is very busy around the holidays. That being said, the property is clean, the amenities are good and the staff is lovely and helpful. The area immediately surrounding the hotel is a business park, so there are few restaurants, stores, etc. within walking distance. If you are driving, however, it is close to most things within Walnut Creek.

Mainly is that this hotel located right by the yellow line Bart directly from SFO International Airport, mid point to my relatives who could meet us without too much driving, perfect for our family reunion. I love shopping in Walnut Creek which is only 1 bart stop from the hotel, another great point for me to choose this hotel.

Convenient location for our activities. Very easy access to the area, to the Interstates, and to BART. Suite was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Housekeeping upon request. Employees were friendly and hard working. Adequate buffet breakfast included in nightly rate. Evening restaurant/bar food was surprisingly good. Valet parking only; adds $34 per night to the published nightly room charge.

It is really gone downhill and I will not be back. The rooms used to be stocked with snacks and drinks. The pictures from the hotel 77 website show that to still be one of the amenities. That proved to be inaccurate and false advertising. Friday night wasn't terrible, besides the reception hour snacks which were subpar and ran through. Most of the stuff was gone and the rest just a few scraps holding on, begging for someone to put them out of their misery a theme that was reoccurring amongst most of the things in this hotel including the front desk staff. They do give you two complimentary drinks that the whole hotel can partake in between the hours of 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. Great perk, unfortunately they have one bartender and a very depressing selection of alcohols, for example, I drink bourbon and they didn't have one, quite frankly they look to be out of a lot of things both days. Friday night I waited in a line for upwards of 20 minutes. Saturday, my son and I woke up and decided to go give the complimentary breakfast a try. The prepared food was dry French toast sticks not warm enough to melt the cold butter next to it, some wet sausage patties, scrambled eggs, along with some undercooked potatoes. There was an assortment of bread Bagels cereal some fruit and a fruit bar with basic melons. There's so much more but no room left to review. Dont stay here. There's nothing this place is super close to that warrants a stay here. Declining prices say a lot.

Closing the bar service because somebody called in sick is no excuse. After a long drive or flight sometimes you just need to relax with a drink. Beer and wine can be poured by anyone on staff or just point them to the store in the lobby. Nothing like that was done and folks were walking away angry. A group was sitting there with cups of water. And let's not talk about the coffee stations with no coffee and no urgency to replace with fresh. Oh annd the $34 parking per night plus the tipping, next time I'll drive a bit farther and save the time, money and energy. Other than that the Breakfast and dinner hamburgers were very good.
