Stayed here when we took our family to Knott’s Berry Farm. The location was great, and the lobby area with all the seating was awesome. We loved having breakfast in the morning and being able to spread out with lots of options for seating! The property is definitely dated and had some maintenance issues. The sink in our room was clogged, the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, and the hot tub on the property was pretty gross. The elevators weren’t always reliable either which made it a little frustrating staying on the night floor. Overall, it worked well for our family, but the property could use some updates and better maintenance.

We had to exchange our room keys 5 times during a 3 night stay. Sometimes they wouldn’t work to open our room, other times they wouldn’t open the side doors to the hotel. When we entered the room, the shower wasn’t cleaned and had leftover hair all over the tub. I went to the front desk and asked them to send someone to clean it. After waiting 1 hour, no one came so we went back to the front desk and told them to NOT come to our room because we were putting our kids to sleep. 30 minutes later we get knocks on the door waking up our baby who was sleeping. The second night we came across a giant cockroach in the hallway. The 3rd night we came back to the hotel at 9:30 pm and our room keys didn’t work again. I went back to the front desk and no one was at the counter. I had to find a random worker to go get someone to help me and the 5 other guests who were waiting for help. The woman who came out had the worst attitude and provided the worst customer service. She couldn’t care less about helping me and didn’t care that I was now on my 5th time getting new keys. The cherry on top is all 3 elevators were not working on our side of the hotel. Do not stay at this hotel, your welcome. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
