From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby until the day I checked out, I felt welcomed and well taken care of by the staff. The hotel has a charming atmosphere, and the service was exceptional, especially from the front desk and guest services teams. Everyone was so attentive and welcoming! While you’re at the Pickwick hotel, don’t forget to check out the nearby restaurants, including SOMA Restaurant & Bar and Zevi Cafe. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! ☺️

Overall experience was great. Only issue was trouble finding the parking garage. We circled around 5 times before we found it. We would stay again. Nice proximity to the stadium

We stayed at this hotel while attending an event in the city. I don’t understand why the reviews are so positive. It made me wonder whether the hotel owner or staff were posting positive reviews themselves. This place is nothing more than a run-down Motel 6. The room and bathroom were tiny. The lock on our bathroom door was broken, so the door wouldn’t stay closed while we were using the restroom. The bathtub was old and dirty, and the TV was extremely small. Also, be prepared to pay more than $50 for parking. I strongly recommend considering another hotel before booking this one.

Air conditioner older than me, I am 54, chain lock on door busted, no water refill station for guests and very loud concerts at the Mint across the street both nights Friday and Saturday with raucous crowds post concert one that got out at four and one that got out at two. Also, not in a very good part of town. We decided we will never stay there again.
