Only issue was didn’t get the room layout that I had reserved. Didn’t make an issue so don’t know if would have been corrected. Seems to happen too often when reserving with Hotels.com.

Unfortunately one extremely rude bartender ruined my entire stay - I will not be back. This happened on the night of 9/18. After dinner I stopped in the hotel bar for a nightcap. The bar was busy so I stood a foot or two away from an open area of the bar looking at the beer taps. The bartender walked over and said "how's it going?", I said "great, how are you?", he replied sarcastically "busy! maybe you want to take a seat?". I said "yes, I was going to grab a beer then sit over there" (pointing to an open table). He replied "well you NEED to go take a seat" then stopped what he was doing and glared at me. I went to sit at a table and was promptly ignored for the next 15 minutes, at which point I left. What bartender is incapable of dealing with a busy bar gracefully? I was never demanding or rude, I was simply standing near the bar waiting to order a single draft beer. Never again. On the plus side everyone else I interacted with was great!

I think the house keepers when cleaning rooms they need to check behind the curtains more often because they were a few champagne corks and I don’t even drink. Also staff is very nice except for one tall old man I honestly forgot to ask his name because I was upset, I asked him for 5 waters and he say no it’s only one for room and I told him I booked 2 rooms and we are 5 people, he just give me two waters and continue what he was doing on the computer .. besides him staff were very nice and never denied water except for him .
