My original room smelled and didn’t have windows that opened. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony which was great. There was only one working elevator in the building for staff and guests, which was leaking rain water from above and made concerning noises while in operation. The shared walkway had dog poop in several spots for many hours despite being used by both guests and employees. Overall the stay was nice, but could be improved.

Rooms are definitely older and my room was very humid for some reason. Rooms also do not have a workspace or desk area, just a small table with chairs that are not great for working from. You'd think a hotel with an event space would make sure rooms would be suitable for business travelers attending conferences. Outside of the room, the place was very nice with beautiful outdoor spaces and hangout areas, pool, etc.
