If you’re going to the ball game, there’s no other place to say. Priority access through floor four directly into the stadium and back to hotel after game. Staff was knowledgable and really friendly.

The hotel was excellent for attending the Padres game. However....I reserved a room for 4 and received two DOUBLE beds. Only after entering the room and finding two very small beds did I know what a double bed is. I (wrongly) assumed that a hotel that charges this much for a room would provide a large enough bed for two people to sleep in. However, my young son and I could barely fit in these beds. Be careful not to book a double bed unless you are sleeping by yourself. As others have mentioned, valet parking is $70 per night.

First stay here because of a recommendation. Great hotel! My husband and I stayed here since we were attending a game at the ballpark. Best idea ever to stay here if you are going to Petco Park. It was so easy to enter and leave the park. Even if we didn't go to the game, this hotel is a must. Close to gaslamp and overall clean and great amenities. We ordered breakfast from room service. The food was great and staff was very helpful. After the game we had late diner at Ace Porter (ground level of the hotel). The food and drinks were amazing. The staff was so thoughtful and attentive. We are definitely staying here again!

the room and overall hotel was clean. The 2 porters we had (CJ?/DJ? and 1 other gentlemen) were honestly fantastic. Super nice and helpful. Check in was quick since it was prepaid. The bad: the breakfast buffet was atrocious. No, I don’t want a communal ketchup bowl or bowl of butter with a shared spoon. Many things should be single-serve to protect the overall hygeine. The tater tots were the worst I've ever had in my life. I never waste food but the quality was rubbery and greasy. Orange juice was good. Check your bill as they charged me for extra charges when checking out. Trying to get my money back for erroneous charges. Super annoying and distasteful. Never asked to get the room cleaned but only asked for new towels. The attitude from the front desk/guest services was irritating - just for towels. I wanted clarifation to not get more than needed towels but the rep didn’t care. Couldn’t wait to get out of there fast enough. Never an omni hotel again. yikes.
