Nobody available when we reached the front desk , after sometime a person came who said the reservation was cancelled , I got no cancellation notice , hotels.com had no notice , hotels.com showed an active reservation, ther person at the front initially refused to talk on the phone to a conference call with hotels.com or even ESA call line which showed an active reservation . The bottom like was pay extra 50$ for a different room or leave, at 10 pm there were no options left with a sick child . So I paid extra . There was also an insect in the bedding . Overall a terrible terrible experience I would wish on no one , they should not be in the hospitality business at all . This particular location also seems to be family owned

Met all our needs and expectations. We were very warmly welcomed by the host (didn't get his name, sadly) and Alexis at the front desk is wonderful, always a smile and attentive to any questions we had. Coffee is great! Clean room, well lit parking and blackout curtains are nice. They are updating their rooms so we expect it to be even nicer when we return. The location was perfect for our needs and centrally located between the places we were there for. Price was reasonable. We were there for a month and happy, would return again.

This is a filthy outdoor outdated and out of touch property posing as a hotel. Stay away from it! I was checked into room 112 by an inexperienced laundry attendant given responsibility for the overnight shift. I genuinely felt bad for her. She was polite and attentive and all but was glue-less about the operating system and procedures for checking in a guest. The property is dark and dismal. Good luck finding your room and reading the room numbers without getting out of the car to find your room after dark. Literally the room number sign on each door is pointless. As if. That was frustrating enough … When I finally found the room I opened the door to the absolute worst odor of pesticide. The carpeted floor was spiked with stains from the Vietnam war era. There was a water puddle on the bathroom floor. Obviously, this room was marked as cleaned but not inspected. I felt sick to my stomach. When I returned to the front desk for a refund I was told that the Task Manager would not answer her phone and that I needed to call her the next day to discuss a refund. Really!! Stay as far away as you can from the Extended Stay hotel. It’s your worst nightmare!!!
