Air conditioning worked great in the room and the location was great, very walkable to anywhere you want to eat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall cleanliness and how well kept the property was OK. Some areas appeared under repair or in need of repair. The sheets and bed were clean (softer mattress though) water pressure was good and hot water was not a problem. I would stay here again if wanting to be downtown.

It was a nice hotel, clean and quiet. Unfortunately two of the three nights of our stay the fire alarm went off asking everyone to exit the hotel. Both times it was nothing. The room was so cold and we could not adjust the temperature so that was uncomfortable especially at night.
