The hotel is ok. What was not ok is the fact that they charge $150 per night if you take your pet. I paid less for two days then fee for my dog. Of course all that savings went out the door. According to Marriot the pet fee is discloseure when you are booking through third parties and did not see it. I would off search for better comfort and paid less for the pet fee.

Hotel was great, came to see family. Hotel was very accomidating, just would of liked the room cleaning a little more often - even after i requested the room cleaned due to having an autistic child that is sensitive to fabrics was still denied. Had to get my own sheets from sams club across d street.. overall still a great hotel

Food was great! Customer service was OK. Housekeeping was lacking. There was no extra towels in the room, blood on my walls in the bathroom, no plug for my tub. Let the front desk know that my bedroom was not clean and then I was missing items. They put a request, but no one came to deliver the items or clean. Lots of rust in the bathroom, the kitchen doors were all dented. They need to remodel their rooms and fix some things. I don’t know if I would stay there again. The only thing I really liked was the food. I did like that it was pet friendly even though you have to pay $150 for your fur baby.

Doesn’t follow Marriott standards of cleanliness and safety and they refuse to accommodate their guests who come forth with valid, extensive complaints. Every single room needs an inspection and they should be met with the Marriott standards, but they are not and staff & management could care less, even about the cockroaches on the 4th floor. They instead follow up with maltreatment and retaliation to a US Veteran and his wife and daughter who is under 2 years old. They have urine stained Marriott branded beds that they’ve shared they just use shampoo and fans on instead of ordering new mattresses. The list goes on and on and on at this location. Stay away from Residence Inn San Bernardino unless it’s your last resort option. DO NOT BOOK THIRD PARTY OR THEY WILL COMPLETELY IGNORE ANY OF THEIR ESTABLISHMENTS ISSUES AND DIRECT YOU TO HANDLE IT WITH HOTELS.COM. They do not care about hotel guest satisfaction and when hotels.com reaches out to them to process your refund request, they will refuse your refund request and lie to your face about it. They’re robbing people.

Our room 114 had a funky smell upon entering. It's a mixture of carpet deodorant and something unclean. They should reclean the carpets in room 114. The overhead light (like a street light) on the left side parking lot is burned out. And there does not seem to be any cameras. People can break into cars and no one would know. Seems unreasonable if the hotel is charging $22 per night for parking.

A very nice clean hotel. Room ac was phenomenal during our stay. Loved it. Our only issue was breakfast, I'm not faulting the one cook/server/busboy. Towards the end of breakfast he was exhausted. I've noticed when I stay at other Residence Inns, they have the same staff level, except when it gets busy the management comes to buffet area and they all help out and keep everyone happy. This hotel for what ever reason did not. Other than eating my cornflakes out of a coffee mug using a plastic fork, we had a great stay.
