Appears to a old Motel 6. Three buildings, all two story, no elevators. Single pane windows provide freeway noise 24 hours a day. Tub/shower valve is the screwiest I've ever seen. Not going back.

Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. However, when I awoke the next morning there was a water under the air conditioner in the room. Small part of the rug was soaking wet. I did report this to the front desk upon check out of room 227. Very hot weekend and pool was nice way to relax before heading off to Hard Rock Hotel for concert. Was 30 min drive easy to gey to from hotel. Yes,I do plan on staying here again. Oh, there is a parking fee $8.00/night that I do not remember Hotel.Com stating when booking hotel.

Checking in was easy, the lady that greeted us told us our room would be ready at 1 PM she was friendly, professional and accommodating. However the gentleman that officially checked us in when we got back couldn’t even crack a smile when we arrived. The bathtub creaked each time we showered, felt like we were going to cave in if we weren’t careful. There is no elevator which made it harder to take our big luggage up the stairs. It was fine tho, we did it but would have been helpful if there was one.

We weren't told there was construction going on and when we called to ask about being allowed to BBQ by the pool and to confirm there was one we could use we were told no BBQ, that's fine, and the pool is nice and blue. Got there and it's not only bright green but closed due to the construction. Not even the ice machine worked. And the office smelled like pot so bad it was like they were trying to hot box it.

Booked consecutive "bonus nights" from two different 3rd party apps. Front desk could not "merge" two bookings; had to check out and check for second day (was able to stay in same room). Had to pay separately for the nightly parking pass. Mildly inconvenient! Front desk was quite pleasant, but was understaffed. Work out facility: could not get the stepper to start a exercise program, switched to treadmill and 12 minutes into my run the machine stopped. 108f outside: Room was cool and comfortable, ice machine was full and working well.

Check-in attendant took awhile to get to front counter and when they did they took care of the call coming in first while I stood there for 15 minutes and were not the most welcoming. Property was dated and made it feel dirty. Door in the room I was in had large gaps around it where light and noise came through. Shower was not cleaned well and was slippery/slimy on floor. The whole vibe felt old and dirty.

We have stayed here many times and thought theyd be much more helpful. Be careful.

Pay extra for another hotel elsewhere. This place was so unbelievably noisy that it felt like pitching a tent in the freeway. The room was somewhat clean but there were ants and mold in the bathroom. Enough ants to be crawling on you when using the shower. I spent as little time as I could here. The people and area of the room was quite sketchy. The check in guy was….concerning…. but thankfully the check out clerk was approachable. The hotel is close to the freeway which is a plus…but that’s a very low bar. There’s plenty near the freeway. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Upon check in, they had trouble finding my reservation. Then they said my card declined. I told them I paid through Expedia. They said I had to call Expedia and ask them to send the correct information to the hotel. And during all this, the front desk person was laughing and interacting with the guest next to me checking in. And he was also doing 2 other things around the front desk and asking other employees other questions while helping me. It was very rude and I had 2 young kids with me who was extremely tired.

I always choose Best Western when I travel for work, and each time, the front desk team impresses me with their kindness and helpfulness. They remember my preferences—like staying on the side of the hotel near the shopping center—and usually have a room ready for me in that exact area. On my most recent visit, I asked to be near the pool so I could enjoy a swim, and they placed me in a perfect suite right next to the pool entrance. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service truly stand out. I look forward to many more stays—the rooms are great, and the staff makes every visit feel special.

The fire alarm was broken/going off all night. We spoke to the employee and said we could get a refund for the night since they could not shut the fire alarm off for whatever the reason was....fire department was out to the location and could not assist either. Anyways, now the hotel manager is not approving the refund since we booked it through Orbitz....and the manager said he/she will stand by the non cancellation policy.....do not book a room here.....Terrible and will not do it right/justice by refunding the money for a night.
