Firendly staff, but the property is tearing down, needs a lot of maintenance. The neighbourghood doesn't help that much, seems to be a dangerous area. The hotel looks very old and again, it needs a lot of maintenance.

The staff was very polite and as helpful as they could be. Unfortunately housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The floors in our room was extremely dirty. I personally bought cleaning supplies and proceeded to mop the floors thoroughly multiple times because that’s how filthy it was. My recommendation is after housekeeping cleans rooms, someone should then inspect the work. If I travel to San Diego again I won’t ever stay at this hotel.
