The hotel needs better maintenance and better services. The staff at lobby who checked me in took a long time despite seeing people wait in line. The tiles were broken in the bathroom. Overall it was not a good experience although the room overall was exactly what would be expected from a 2 star.

So this hotel was absolutely the most disgusting. Horrible place I've ever been to in my life. There's cockroaches, I will send pictures in this. There is mold on the walls. There is a leak in the ceiling that it look like it was gonna fall through. There's blood on the walls. There's marker paint, the furniture was broken. It was grease and Dirt on the sheets on the comforter. There was cobwebs and black mode in the bathroom. The garpet had stains on it that was blood. I ordered food from DoorDash, and he got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. Come to find out. The elevator breaks down every 1015 minutes. This place is completely a hazard unsafe. Unhealthy, the mold and the moisture was so bad in the room that when I left just after 8 hours. I could hardly breathe. I had to go get another Asthma innhalert. The weirdest thing is, there is holes in the wall, which I think can see through to the other room. This place should be condemned or shut down. It is that bad. I did put a call into the Department of Health. I think some kind of refund should be on everybody who books through this hotel. Or hotels.com should stop booking their rooms for them.

The place is really run down I’m amazed it’s still in business. The surrounding areas are so filthy even the rooms. However it is very central to airport and SoFi which was my point of visit. So if you done care about amenities this place is ok

Please take my advice and stay somewhere else!! I swear you walk into a time warp and you walk in here literally looks like it’s back in the 70’s! The pictures they have posted is an absolute incorrect representation! They rooms are very old and trashy and the AC unit smelled horrible and had a bunch of black dust in it! This might actually be the worse place I’ve ever stayed! We paid $260 per night and I’m sure this price was inflated due to the BTS concert so what else could we do!
