The location has everything within a 10 minute drive, food shopping and gas stations. The hotel had a nice lounge, pool and workout area. I think my only gripe about it was that it charged an additional 10 dollars for parking. I just do t like surprise fees. Like going to a hotel and being charged a seperate fee if you want to use the pool. That and the fact that it has a substantial parking lot. Lastly they only gave me a single key for me and my family. Silly things but thats the only reason it got a 4 out of 5, because it made my wife complain about it to me lol

I have stayed here a few times on business. Its in a great location, rooms are large and clean, I had amazing views of the mountains. My only disappointment is that the washing machine was broken this time.

I hated that the handicapped room was all the way at the end of a very long hallway. The adjoining room had loud occupants who kept me awake until 3:00 am. The charge for parking was outrageous especially since it wasn’t secure or even covered parking.

The hotel is very nice and updated. The rooms are very clean, the bathrooms are very clean as well. The towels are nice and soft and the amenities are also great. The only thing that could've made this review a 5 start was if parking was included. Parking is 10.00 per day which doesn't seem like a lot but in my opinion it seems a bit odd to charge parking to guests with rooms. I could see charging for parking if you're there for an event/conference/convention but not for those already paying a room rate. Overall though the hotel is very nice and the staff is great as well. The housekeepers definitely do a great job at keeping the rooms in check.

They charge for parking privileges, really? You are renting a room, where the hell else are we supposed to park? This isn't Vegas. And, they do not take our license plate numbers down. So, how will they know if someone's supposed to be parked here or not? Next time I'll just park in their parking lot and sleep in the car.

Great local for going to rose parade and rose bowl game. Lists of good restaurants close by hotel. The hotel itself was fantastic. Lovely lobby and outside seating area with fire pit by the pool.

Ac/heat unit was broken and the heat was on all night , the room felt like sauna, and it wouldn't let me turn it off. The night staff couldn't fix it so we had to suffer all night without sleep. They renovated the hotel and only worked on the surface beauty, simple thing like exhaust fan in the bath/shower didn't even work. I suffered bad allergy in the room, thus a low rating in cleanliness.

I did not like being told that my room was not to be made up daily. I have never stayed in a hotel that did and certainly don't expect that at this price. Once I firmly expressed my views on this matter they did send someone up to clean 7 freshen the room. Otherwise the stay was comfortable, quiet and the staff were most helpful. Liked that there was laundry available.

The staff was cordial. The maintenance crew kept up the property in a professional manner and kept things beautiful. The city is safe and has walkable amenities. The hotel also looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The view of the valley is great.

Upon checking in, I booked the hotel on my account but put the name under my bf name since he was going to be paying for it. However the woman who checked us in was rude about it since she could not find his name in the reservation. The entire time she had given attitude to him even when I came inside to check in. We came to our room and found two BIG black spiders 🕷️. Very scary.

Check out time is supposed to be 12 pm. But the cleaning crew made sure we were awake by 8 am. This was after we had already let the front desk know the people staying on the floor above were stomping around late at night and then again at 6:30 in the morning. A waste of money. We don’t need a pool, ice machine or breakfast lounge. We just want a place to sleep. Big fail.
