Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. The pool was small but nice for a swim. Location close to several parks, preserves and hikes. Furniture a bit marked but room was clean and spacious.

I was pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed this hotel! We only stayed one night as we were heading to the Redwoods but we really enjoyed our stay. The front desk was so helpful with kid-friendly restaurants and the warm cookies were a plus in our eyes. The pool and hot tub was great. Part indoor, part outdoor was a nice touch with the changes of the weather. Lots of towels and seating areas for us. Loved how the parking lot was well-lit with lights and decorative lights. Felt like my car was safe all night with it being so bright. Loved how they had BBQ grills as lots of guests were making dinner and interacting in a fun manner. Wifi was a bit slow but did the job. Jessie did a great job with breakfast. We didn't realize how later we were and snuck in right before 9am. She was super accommodating and checked in with all the remaining guests if anyone needed anything before she cleaned up - super conscientious! Very impressed! Will definitely be back!

Totally impressed from intake to checkout, this place exceeded my expectations. All details well thought-out from the layout of the bulidlings and parking lot to the open benches/tables and lawns with bbq pits available for use. The room was an immaculate level of cleanliness

The hotel was in decent shape, but the room reeked of strong perfumed cleaner. Eyes burned. Hard to breathe. Aired room out, took allergy meds, but still had breathing issues during the night due to the perfume. Slept terrible.

Older hotel that's been updated and well maintained. The king bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. We loved that the small bathroom window and the front window opened to enjoy the nice breeze (really wish more hotel windows opened!) Refrigerator was off for eco-friendliness but got cold quick. Breakfast had an excellent selection over the two days we stayed of pancakes, waffles, eggs, potatoes, cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit, almond milk, etc. Parking was plentiful and easy to get a space close to your room for easy loading/unloading. Would definitely stay here again. Also, be sure to try the nearby Eel River Brewing Co - some of the best clam chowder and fish and chips we've ever had!

Didn't visit the pool, but breakfast was fine (standard) with an attendant working hard to keep up with the demand for coffee in a very cheerful manner. Front desk was efficient. Location is a little ways down from a restaurant and a gas station with a mini mart for snacks. Main drag is accessible via vehicle for other food or activities.

Large room in beautiful quiet area. Breakfast area good with options like scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, yogurt. Bed super comfortable. AC unit worked well but only allowed you to set the temperature and fan would go off when it reached that temp. Would have liked option to keep fan going as a sort of background noise. An elevator would be nice as well.

We are happy that we chose this property. We will definitely stay here again. The service, staff and property was excellent. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was good. We left another hotel due to uncleanliness and poor service and facilities and were extremely pleased that we chose the Best Western Country Inn. Stephanie, the night manager, was very helpful with our transition from one hotel to their hotel. You will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel.

Arrived pretty late, checked in by unwelcoming staff. No communication about breakfast, checkout time, facilities. Parking filled with trucks, barely able to find a spot available. Asked for a ground level room, since traveling with older people and kids, told that there was nothing available, even thought reservations was made ahead of time. Overall, disappointing experience.

I made a reservation for a four day stay. I changed to two days through hotels.com but the property conveniently lost the change and charged me a no-show fee. The person at check in removed the no show fee but another person at check out re-imposed the fee. Hotels.com called them and they agreed to refund the fee. I’m waiting with fingers crossed to see the $138.35 fee returned to my account. The daily rate was also higher than what I was shown by hotels.com by approximately $60 total for the two days I was there. I would assume the daily rate may be higher because of the shorter stay but it would be nice if someone had the ability to actually explain that. As for as the room itself, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the always-on fan option on the heater made for soothing white noise that drowned out whatever small amount of noise that you normally hear in a hotel setting. The only gripe about the room was the sickeningly sweet smell of whatever cleaner they use but we got used to it. Breakfast was basic but decent and the staff did a very good job of maintaining the food and space. Overall the hotel and some of the staff were ok and some, not so much. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I loved this place. Everything about it was a great experiance, Rooms were very clean, breakfast was great and so clean, coffee was very good and he staff was amazing. We had James the night we checked in and he went above and beyond his duties. He was amazing.

Wonderful hotel that makes an extra effort. The check in was easy and nice touches like watermelon water available, there was a board that highlighted the breakfast the following day. For breakfast they had both a waffle and a pancake maker, whipped cream and even chocolate sprinkles. Along with a pretty decent frittata and potatoes. Plenty of other options including cereal, toast, and (packaged) muffins. Room was quiet and beds and bedding were clean and comfortable.
