Everything was fine until we got our catalytic converter stolen. A costumer report it to front desk and when we went to front desk to ask for security and told Redon why they never told us that someone had made a report.

All my years vacationing in LA this is my most favorite stay!! This property is located in middle of Disneyland & universal studios and best part it’s located in a huge plaza/galleria “Citadel outlets”. One of my most favorite outdoor malls in California!! Price & location you can’t beat!! It’s clean plus 24 hr gym & pool open till 10pm!! This will be my forever go to visiting LA from here on out they have made a life customer.

Good place to stay. Could walk around citadel check out the outlets. Just kinda sucks that the hotel charges 18 dollars for the vehicle to park overnight. Other than that, it’s ok.

We stay here when we visit LA. I must say the elevator being down is so inconvienant. You have to wait 5-10 minutes to go up or down.When we came in July is was already down. They must get that fixed. The water pressure from the shower head should be better. Over all I love to stay here. Staff are very helpful and nice.

Everyone was friendly and the property was nice. I loves our room and the bed was comfy. My only complaints were the bathroom door locked from the outside instead of inside. With kids that could end up terrible. Also one of the elevators were broken and they only have the one set. There was a cheer competition staying there with over 200 teens and families using the one elevator

I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant the glaze for the chicken is AMAZING!!! That being said, the room was filthy. There was a layer of dust on the bottom shelf in the bathroom that looked like a grey sheet of paper the closet had not been vacuumed EVER it seemed and the first night of our stay we were only provided one wash cloth to shower with. I was extremely disappointed and definitely had higher expectation for a Hilton hotel. I did capture everything I speak of in a short video I took the second night of our stay if you want to view it to improve the quality of the service you provide at your hotels.

My room was out dated and very dusty. I had to buy clorox wipes and a duster to give everything a wipe down. I was there under the circumstance of losing a loved one. So there was no point in trying to be moved room continuously as I was only there too sleep at night. But unfortunately for the cost. However amazing location with amenities all around.

I have never been in a hotel with such thin walls. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Nothing redeeming this facility, relatively clean but a long walk to rooms, far from modern and updated

Hotel is next to I5 freeway. Rooms are fully exposed to very high noise level. Air conditioning in the room is based on stand alone very old units. Unit is more noisy and clunky then freeway. Making it very difficult to sleep. Carpet, bedding and bathroom are all very old. Unlike other Hilton, No drinking water is provided. Paid $8 to buy a water bottle. Elevator kept breaking, floor buttons on 4th floor don’t work. Bathroom curtain had stains.

The hotel was nice, dated but clean. Staff was kind and helpful. The area was nice and great for shopping. The restaurant looked nice, but for $27 per person for a breakfast buffet seemed steep, considering you could eat at most places for much less than that. Overall a nice, safe place to stay.

Air conditioning made a jet like noise all night so I could've sleep all night. Read the terrible reviews about it, but thought it was just their room. It sopped every 15 minutes with horribly loud clunk. I have never heard anything like this bad in half a century of traveling in hotels all over ghe world. It was not worth 250 per night to say the least. I should've listen to other's warning with the noise if you can call it a noise. Like you were in a war. BOOM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The first room we were assigned the window hat a long kind of crack on it - so the noise/air from the outside was coming in. You could stick a card (like credit card) through the hole. When we complained to the receptionist, (which was really friendly) she told us that no other rooms are available, but they can sent services over. Service guy came (also super friendly) reviewed it and called the front desk/reception. Suddenly it was possible to be reassigned. However in the new room, the upper long half of the window, did not close properly. You could also stick a card through it - and therefore the noise from the freeway is coming in. The front desk manager told us, that this pretty standard. We feel a hotel by hilton and at that price point should be better - especially with the windows. Cleaning was okay, but not 100% diligently. General its too high priced, for what you are actually getting there.

Decent location to be able to travel all parts of the city. On good runs about 25 minutes from Universal. 20 from Hollywood and about 40 from Santa Monica. But it’s LA so not many good runs!!! Room was very good. A fridge would’ve been ideal to help keep our snacks cool but to be honest the kids didn’t let them last long. The selling point has to be that it’s close to the mall. So each evening we could do a little bit of shopping before calling it a night. Would recommend if your plans take you all around LA.

I only stayed there for one night. Hotel was clean. I had a queen room. Room was small but comfortable. There was no refrigerator in the room. Shower head was not great. For one night it was fine. Breakfast was very tasty. Glad I pre payed for it online though as I saved $15.

My plans had changed. I booked through expedia for 4 days, needed to only stay one night. Front desk assured me that i could cancel but needed expedua to initiate. Expedia rep contacted front desk and was told i could cancel, however expedia was unable to complete the cancelation and issue refund.

I was very disappointed when I arrive to the hotel. The front desk gentlemen told me that I was already checked in and I worry because to be able to check in they need to see you identification. Now days identity theft is no joke. No explanation was given why I was checking in. Honestly I didn’t feel safe with the “security” they have to check in people. Another observation, I was very annoyed with the amount of noise coming through other walls. I had a hard time sleeping.

Nicely located inside of a gated are with quick access to the nearby shopping outlet within walking distance. Hotel is clean, quiet and accessible, my room was large and quiet. And if you drive, plenty of parking - I will rent a car on my next trip.

My stay was very pleasant here. I was just on leisure time from work and decided to drive here and stay. My room was clean, the service was outstanding. The location is also good, because the outlets are right across the parking lot. I will try the restaurant next time I come. The menu had a nice selection of options, but I had already decided to grab some tacos elsewhere. Jason checked in with me by text message during my visit to make sure everything was good and to let me know he was available to help me with anything. This was the first hotel I’ve stayed at that did this so that was cool. Overall this is definitely my go to when I’m in the area. Great value for the money, and service that makes you smile. Staff is excellent, property is really nice and in good condition, great for business. The mall is convenient. The hotel does an excellent job in an area that is a bit less than desirable, I wouldn’t walk the greater area at night other than to walk across the parking lot to the mall.

We were able to check in an hour early so that was nice. Front desk staff was very nice. Room was decent size. Somewhat outdated but still in good condition. Clean and everything worked well. The bed was decent. Freeway is right outside so some noise from that traffic. Overall decent stay.

Second time staying at Double Tree Commerce and both times were excellent! The restaurant dinner menu is very good. Had the ribeye twice and it was cooked perfectly both times. Also had the Alfredo with salmon - superb. Arrived the evening or early morning of the 7th floor fire. I was on The 6th floor and was moved to the 5th floor so I would not have to be breathing the smoke that lingered. Thank you for that

Nice and clean hotel , not much in the area just shopping outlets. But i didnt like that my room didnt have a refrigerator or a microwave and they are very strict with bringing breakfast to room . Tried to bring my fruit that i didnt finish at breakfast and she caught me walking towards the door and stopped me an said no food allowed in the rooms but i ordered take out so i was confused besides this everything else was great.

It was good but I booked it for the breakfast only to find out the breakfast is not included in the cost. It is $27 per person and I can't even eat in my room as it was dine-in only. I was very disappointed with this. The rest of the service was great and the rooms and property were exceptionally clean.
