Room was clean. Stay is primarily on line - all requests on line. We evidently didn't request cleaning which means you had to go to the lobby - where we reminded to contact via text.

Excellent for a quick getaway with the family. Water bottle stations and ice dispensers centrally located made it quite convenient for filling up before daily adventures.

don’t normally complain, but here we are. I should have known when the hotel didn’t respond to a message I sent weeks in advance. We paid for a Bay View and instead found ourselves looking at the back of another building at the hotel and a telephone pole. I knew that the weekend was most likely completely booked and we probably could not be moved, but I wanted them to know I was unhappy for paying for something that I didn’t get. As well, the first night I was cold and so I put on clean socks, and when I went to put my socks away the next morning, they were filthy - The floor had not been mopped before our stay and so we had to request a cleaning. The guy in the lobby said he would let his manager know, but we never heard anything. The rooms are sparse. They knew we had two guests staying in the room and yet there was one chair for a desk and that was it. No place to sit and play cards or have a cup of coffee. And speaking of coffee, there were two disposable cups for a four nights stay. (No housekeeping or replenishment of anything…you have to request it and then go get it yourself) That’s four mornings reusing a disposable cup?? They’re disposable - there should’ve been a whole stack. There are no robes in the room, so if you want to use the hot tub you walk from your room in a bath towel… All in all, very disappointed, and this was for my husband‘s birthday. We’re left a day early - which I have never done, but that is how disappointing our stay was. Lesson learned…
