Staff was great ...pool was a little dirty .close to the lake

The ceiling leaked water, there were creepy crawly bugs coming out of the closet, duvet cover had stains on it when checked in, Could not use the pool( weather was in the 90s) because the water was cloudy and trash was in the pool and on the cement around the pool. There was no one there to clean the pool and add chemicals. I had paid for the room for 4 nights for friends who were visiting. The manager offered a 10% credit which I accepted but I feel it should be much more due to the deplorable condition of the place.

It was ok. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The floor was dirty, I had socks on and they were filthy when I took them off. Pool was clean. It says no smoking but smelled of smoke or something when I check in.

The property was clean! The staff was very courteous! The swimming pool was crystal clear and gated all around so I didn't have to worry about kids very much! Ihe upgrades on property are very good! I will stay here every time I come to Anderson S.C thanks days inn!! Daniel.....

Asked for early check in for granddaughter graduation. We had two rooms. Reception said no problem, 12:30 is fine. At 1:30 one room was ready, other was still not ready. Had to change in one room. Floors were very wet but clean. After graduation, went back 2 nd room was ready but floor dirty. Ice machine was broken. For $179, why can’t they put night light in bathroom

Fishing competition locally made limited parking inaccessible due to the 20 boats taking up spaces Very limited breakfast, no lids for coffee cups , but the AM desk clerk was super nice and patient.

This is probably the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. Very dirty! The floors in the room were disgusting and looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. The lamps were dirty and dusty. The outside was completely nasty! And the pool area was awful. The water was dirty, I’m not even sure the pumping system works for the pool. The area around it was very dirty. Multiple things left around and in the pool from guests without being cleaned up. 10/10 would not recommend! And probably won’t ever be staying again.

Negative: Our room was in the older building and there's no insulation from noise. You hear everything, including the street noise. Friday night we hardly slept. Also, when we arrived the floor was still wet, dirty and in the bathroom it was very slippery. My friend cleaned and dried the floors with a bath towel. Positive: The staff were ALL very nice, very friendly, and always wished us a good day. Also, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We really enjoyed the pool and loved the easy access to the main road. Also, the hotel is not far from the freeway. Finally, it was a great price and I would stay here again.

Ices makers don’t work!

1. First thing we saw entering the room was a cockroach crawling. 2. Doing more bugs in the bathroom 3.Terrible bad odor. Combination of marijuana/cigar (in a non smoking room) 4.Overall room in bad condition 5.Extremely pricey for what you get ( $200/night)

I had a great stay at the Days Inn in Anderson, SC! The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference after a long day of travel. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the floors—was spotless. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere throughout my stay. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the property in excellent shape.

The room was nasty. Black mold on bathroom ceiling , blankets had holes in them, floor very uneven, room smelled weird. Went to get free breakfast and when we sat down to eat a cockroach was crawling up the wall in dining area...very dissapointed, never again wil i stay there !

I have stayed here several times lately and each time I have received great service, a very new and clean room, and a good quiet nights rest. I have only stayed in the new, smaller building which is where the nicer rooms are located. Convenient location and the hotel offers a small breakfast as well.

There was a live roach in the room. The toilet was loose and rocked back when you sat on it. The bathroom door was too tight and hard to open and close. The floors felt sticky. No coffee maker in the room for that “first” cup of coffee in the morning. Very disappointed!

First room was disgusting. Stuff stuck on the walls, odor, broken hazardous light switches, stained sheets, filthy floor, stains and exposed wood on sofa. Second room was in much better shape, however the floor was so filthy we had to wash our feet even after coming out of a shower. Checked out first thing the next morning and went to another hotel.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the room was spotless. A fantastic value and highly recommended.

AC didnt work. Other than that it was as expected. Low cost and close to where we needed to be. Staff was friendly. Check in process was easy.

The room, which was a free upgrade, was light, airy, spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it had plenty of power outlets (for our computers). And all of the lights worked! (Which is often not the case.)

A/C units don’t work well . Room was very hot workers did nothing about it during our 4 day trip, room was dirty. When they came in to “clean” they took towels and didn’t replace them . Room keys wouldn’t work had to go down daily to get them reprogrammed to open our doors .

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for the weekend, and overall, it was a good experience. We initially booked a standard king room but were pleasantly upgraded to a spacious studio-type apartment, which we appreciated. The amenities were nice, and the room was comfortable. However, we could hear conversations and car engines late at night, which disrupted our sleep. It would have been better if the walls were soundproof. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, making it difficult to stay connected. Despite these drawbacks, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the hospitality.

Good mattress, comfy. Thin walls - noisy people with no thought for others can be heard well.

Customer service was awesome. Heat was off in the room they gave me. Maintenance was called immediately and they gave me a different room. They couldn't stop apologizing but they fixed it so fast I didn't think they needed to apologise - things happen. I would definately stay again when in the area

Check in went smoothly. When I got to the room I realized the remote would not work and there were no controls on the tv to change the channel, volume, etc. The lady at the desk when I checked in tried to help but we decided to go to dinner and worry about it later. After returning we noticed the toilet was not wanting to flush, so I called the front desk about that issue. The woman there when I checked in must have left for day and a man answered. I spoke to him about the issue with the remote and he basically told me he couldn’t help with that and when I said something about the toilet he proceeded to tell me I needed to get the plunger. First of all I spent $80 on this room plus another $20 for later checkout so I could go straight to work. For me to be told I needed to get a plunger was absurd! I am very disappointed. I’m a bartender in the area who lives about an hour away so getting a room helps a lot with getting off late/early morning and having to be right back at work the next morning. I don’t think I will be returning to this establishment any time soon, and honestly I feel that I should be reimbursed for being stuck in a room with no tv and a non working toilet.

Rude and hateful staff members and lie to customers saying manager would be at the office desk until 7 pm and that was a lie and charged 2 times for a pet despot and didn't have kitten in the h pet despot and kitten was only 4 days old and was never out of its carrier in the room the first room kitten slept in the car then brought in the second room after rude staff members made us change rooms and accuse me of smoking in the room and that was a lie as well because I was outside and at work and no one smoke in the room after I always clean my room every time I stay at the hotel room charge 780 Buck and cause my bank account charges were 60 bucks for funds removed from my account without amy permission and ask the desk clerk and was very rude and hateful so after I checked out I am the morning will be taking to to head Corp manager about his employer

My top place to stay in Anderson. They check all the boxes even the ones we dont think of. Its clean, well mainted, great location next to all shopping and dinner! The customer service is enough to keep me as a repeated customer. Highly recommended.

Quick one night stay. Everything was super clean. The bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly. And it’s quiet, unlike most hotels close to the interstate.

We wanted a quiet place close to all the avaliable shopping & dining options in the area. This was a hidden gem. They were all so nice and accommodating and we'll definitely stay here again

The rooms were nice. It was clean. The area is not the best. But we rested well with no problems. The breakfast is very basic. The only hot items were the waffles if you wanted to make one.

The motel was fine Nothing fancy but clean and comfy beds. Good location and affordable.

Close to everything. Was surprised by the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff.

Fridge did not work...roaches everywhere...not hot water to shower...reported it ..nothing came thru. Waffle iron not working...no fruit..toast or bagels for breakfast...only honey buns in a package.

Quick weekend ahopping trip. Clean, nice selection of complimentary breakfast items, quiet and every staff was nice and pleasant.

When we checked in, they upgrade our room to one of the remodled rooms, which was very clean and new. The beds were very comfortable. The daily room cleaners picked up our dirty towels, but didn't leave any clean ones. The hot breakfast is only waffles and instant grits and oatmeal. There was no protien or healthy options.

THE ROOM AND SERVICES WERE GOOD. WE WERE VERY DISAPOINTED THAT THERE WAS NO CONTINENTAL FREE BREAKFAST DURING OUR 5 DAY STAY.

Property was fine for price and closeness to where we had to go. Pool was kind of small. Breakfast was waffale iron, dry cereal ,apple juice, orange juice coffee until 9 am only.

Hotel not as depicted or photographed. Very old building needing renovations. As soon as we opened the door our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. My son had to kill a huge bug and the microwave did not work. Had a room for 4 booked but was only given two towels. Parking lot has a one way sign around but they had trailers blocking the back where you’re supposed to circle around the parking lot. Also there was supposed to be breakfast served but waffle maker was out and all they had was raisin brain and not very appetizing fruits. The banana were very brown.

The total experience was nice. The full course breakfast options were great. I will definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff was friendly. We booked two rooms. First one smelled like smoke and the door was ajar. Hard to close and make stay. We got a different room. Second room was ok but had a running toilet. 2 towels for a two queen bed room and we had three people. Many spots of paint covering things. Long mirror was hung partly over outlets so could not use the outlets. Breakfast was included but only had cereal and a danish. Waffle maker broken. Location near highway was great. Price was great compared to others but still pricey based on the room stuff. If you are there to go to a game or something where you aren’t in the room it is ok.

So they could do better at smoke smell mitigation within the rooms. The rooms, clearly, are not smoke-free although they are advertised as much. The window drapery were inundated with the odor. And the grounds? Those smokers who abided by the policy used the river rock beds as the cigarette butt ash try, and obviously, there\'s little policing of the litter. The "deluxe" buffet is a waffle maker, oj, coffee, cheerios, yogurt, and cellophane wrapped Hostess buns. The owners/management obviously are aware of being a lower-rate hotel that attracts not only the budget conscious but also less desirable clientele.
