Disappointed with this Hilton property. No hand soap in the bathroom, only one paper cup for coffee. Dirty sock and a few Capt Crumck piece on floor, at head of bed. Really Hilton? Expected so much more. Clean, nicely landscaped grounds. Quiet, nice location on east side of Sedona.

My room was next to a construction and it was super loud. I asked several times the hotel stuff to be moved to a quiet place, but they kept brushing me off and ignoring me. I called hotels.com and they were able to reach the manager of the property and finally after a whole day of inconvinience, they moved me to a new room which was outdated and old. I am a returning customer and was staying for 8 days, expected a better service, care and kindness. At checking out the man from reception, who came to help me with my bag, was surprised how old the room was and wondered why they didn't move me to a newly updated room, many rooms which they have empty on the property. I am not recommending this hotel. Many buildings are under construction and is very loud and dusty. Service used to be great, but things have changed. Disappointing experience.

Maybe a different type of coffee maker. Wasn’t easy to put water in. To tall for under the counter.

There was a full sized coffee maker in the room, dishwasher, stove and tinsels. Made having a cup of coffee and some easy breakfast mornings a breeze. The texting system was very attentive and focused on all my needs quickly. Great property and location, walking distance to shopping, eating and entertainment.

The hotel was beautiful! I think we got lucky with one of the more renovated ones. The kitchenette was gorgeous and well stocked. Price was amazing. Mini golf was FUN! Lots of mosquitoes around the mini golf area, beware! The only thing that bugged me was our check in process. A man immediately jumped out of nowhere and asked for my name. After “checking in” with him, he walked me over to the actual check in area where man #2 fully checked me in. Man #2 was a wonderful gentleman and kind. Afterwards, man #1 came right back to my face as I was trying to walk out to my car and walked me over to man #3 telling me they had a welcome package for me. There was NO welcome package. Instead, they tried to get me to sign up for stuff. Again, no welcome package. I thought it was weird and I didn’t appreciate man #1 at all.
