Less than 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, ideal location. Several dining options nearby (wished hotel restaurant opened at 4 for early bite before early flight. Gas station within a few blocks too. Will return and definitely recommend. Only negative, no valet parking, or luggage carts.

Room very clean and comfortable. Our Breakfast waiter was awesome. He was very attentive and super nice. The breakfast food was delicious. Front desk staff was nice. We enjoyed the pool and fitness room. Overall our stay was wonderful. We would come back here.

Very nice hotel. Room service was great. Staff very friendly and hard working. Room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was on point. Outside of property could use some help. Grounds were dirty and uncapped furniture outside was dirty. Hadn’t been maintained. Pool towels are small and more like shop towels. Was told there was security in the parking lot but didn’t see any. Right next to the freeway so it’s very loud but convenient to the airport. Not many amenities basic pool no hot tub doesn’t look very friendly for children

Our flight was delayed so we decided to stay here while we waited out a decision by the airline. Lovely room, spacious and clean. Price was reasonable anf we were able to get showers and take a nap before heading back to the airport. Would definately stay again. Front desk was lovely.

The shuttle drive was excellent. Got to my room and the refrigerator was missing and the room was too warm. Called the desk a tech delivered and installed a refrigerator and got the coiling going. Very very quick servive.

The building is very old. The joining room doors need to be replaced with thicker doors to reduce the sound in the other room. The person in the next room was breathing hard/snoring, and it sounded like it was in the same room with me. I could hear the people chewing food. The street cars also kept me up.

The air conditioning took the entire evening to lower 4 degrees. The bed was overly soft for our tastes (personal preference). The pillows were great and the water pressure was good. You have to pay extra for WiFi and parking your car. Again- you have to pay extra to PARK YOUR CAR. Can’t speak to the breakfast, we didn’t eat. Don’t get a drink unless you’re prepared - 2 mid shelf bourbons, an Angry Orchard Cider and a tap beer was $86.

The hotel charged me twice for the room and we had to pay because they locked our stuff in our room deactivating our keys, this is not fair one charge was made to a master card and the second payment which it mas made at the front desk was with an american express. I need a refound for the master card, that charge was made early morning on 11/07 and we were not even at the hotel.

Missed a connection and booked late night the pHX Marriott due to its close proximity to airport (as I had missing luggage). Called for a pickup, told it would be 20 min max and to stand outside in the 100 degree temp to wait… driver arrived 40 min later and mentioned he had just been called to pick me up 15 min before. Heard excuses about traffic (there was none) and sweat through the only clothes I had. Paid twice what I could have paid at most local airport hotels and honestly wish I just would have gone somewhere else. The hotel is fine… but just really disappointed in the services. Their bar closed by the time I eventually was picked up so nothing but mini-bar style sundries to eat and wet clothes to put back on in the morning. Just not my regular Bonvoy experience.

Delta cancelled our flight last minute and rescheduled for the next day and Marriott was super helpful allowing us to stay in the same room. The staff heard and even allowed us to ordered a late breakfast after breakfast hours since we had been on hold with Delta reps so long. Great experience!

Room was great. Clean and fresh. Nothing chipped or broken. Room service was so-so. Food was fine, but there were no napkins or plates included with our pizza. Lounge service was so-so. Server took our order and did not return until she brought the bill. Also messed up the order. And no - things were not busy, she was chatting with the bartender.
