Travelodge by Wyndham Holbrook

Stayed here for one night on a road trip. I stay on Holbrook often for this trip so I knew where to look. Decent rate, comfy enough and finally made it to a continental breakfast, for whoch i only did cereal and coffee but it was appreciated and helpful. Underapprecited feature- a laundry room

We got there a little early to check in but the motel attendant let us check-in and get everything in the room early which was great. We enjoyed our stay and felt completely at home. The pool & gym were really nice.

Good - Cleanliness. Continental breakfast was high quality. Staff was friendly. Improvable - Pool was unheated. Hot tub was too small

Room shower was good pressure and temperature. Only negative was the floor should be cleaned. Feet got dirty walking across. Staff at at night was helpful and morning person had a very happy disposition. We would look to stay again.

Travelodge in holbrook is good, clean. Pool water is a little too cool, whirlpool is great. Workout room is a little small but good that there is one.

We have stayed at this Travelodge for many years and it is consistent. It is not fancy, but it is comfortable and clean with excellent staff! And they provide a breakfast. They have an enclosed pool and workout room as well!

This is a bare bones motel. Rooms are very small and cramped. A/C-Heater was very loud. Heater was mounted under window and opposite the bathroom, this meant that the bathroom was always a little cold unless you made the room uncomfortably warm. Outside temps were around 18°F so you had to run the heater pretty much all night. Tv and appliances are old, but work. The tv was only a 32" which I feel is a bit small in this day and age. The microwave was also old. It had a dial for Low-Med-High settings and a dial timer (like an old fashion egg timer) to set run time, which was impossible to see how long it would run for since the numbers were worn off. There was a small refrigerator in the room, but it was missing a rubber leg and so it sat at an angle making it difficult to store liquids without them spilling. There is no elevator, so we had to pay extra for a downstairs room since I have a service connected disability and cannot climb stairs. Motel ad says pet friendly, but they have no place to exercise or let your pets relieve themselves. There is a small open area near the motel, but we quickly found out that it was full of bur-weed stickers and spend the next 20-30 min picking them out of our dogs paws. Outside of having to pay more for a room due to my disabilities, there is nothing majorly wrong with the motel it is just a cheap motel and you should expect to get what you pay for.

Good for a low budget motel. Just basics. No elevator, so if alot of baggage, stay first floor.

Indoor pool and hot tub was the tie-breaker

Woke up at 2am being bitten and itching. My room had bed bugs or fleas. 2 days later I still have about 30 itchy large welts all over my body. Switched rooms at 4am. Awful experience.

The breakfast is basically cold cereal or a waffle. The bathroom had a very long black hair across the toilet. The tub was also not very clean.

Unfortunately it appeared that our room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom floor was dirty and had a lot of dust bunnies. The bath tub had dirt in it.

The whole experience sucked, bath tub back up when taking shower, room was dirty and beds uncomfortable well used..

Lumpy mattress.

My side of the mattress felt like a spring was broken in the mattress. The people upstairs were so noisy walking with their boots on and we could hear the TV on in the room next to us.

This is Travelodge motel in a small rural community, so for the most part the hotel met my expectations. However, it was uncomfortably cold for hours after arrival. Although the wall heating unit was on when i entered the room, it was clear that it had not be on prior to arrival as the room was very cold. It took a couple of hours before the temperature was more comfortable. However, the floor is vinyl plank and was very cold. The bathroom, which did not have any heating, was very cold - even the next morning. Otherwise, the room was acceptable.

The bed was hard, the knob on the bathroom door was about to come off, very outdated everything, but...it was only $75 so you get what you pay for.

Extremely noisy room. A/C was noisy, fridge was noisy. Extremely hard mattress with noisy metal bed frame. Breakfast... what hot Breakfast? The only thing hot was waffles. The only thing cold was cereal & muffins. No juice, didn't see milk, no water. Only coffee to drink. Very disappointed.

Bed was not comfortable

Expected a simple Travelodge room like in Kingman,AZ but was a surprised to get a good room with amenities though my request for downstairs room wasn’t accommodated. Breakfast was simple but enough. WiFi was good enough.

Tv remote did not work, there is a leaky faucet in the bathtub.

Although the property is not walkable to close by eateries, I felt completely safe on the property from the time of check--in. The front desk staff, Adrienne was very personable, kind, considerate, and gracious in his interactions with me. Overall, I would give my stay a rating of 10 out of 10. Thanks to everyone working at this locstion!

I reserved two rooms, one single and one double. The front desk clerk said the handicapped room I reserved was already taken and therefore not available. I DID NOT RESERVE A HANDICAP ROOM! Securing an available single room was difficult with very confusing comments from the clerk. It was an unsatisfactory experience. Suffice it to say I will not return to this facility!

Check in was easy, but when I told them I tried to call ahead for information they said I didn't and then said I must have called during the day. Well, they were right I did call during the day, like most people do. Unfortunately, we could not sample the breakfast because it doesn't start until 7am, but that is ok. The room was clean, but we could not use the bathroom light because the fan was like a freight train. Luckily there was a bright light that shined right in the bathroom window. We did have to clip the curtains closed because they would not stay closed, but there were hangers with pants clips on them so it worked out.

Great stay. Convenient location. Cold climate. Very warm room. Only comment: checkin staff rather cold and inpersonal. A nice greeting and a fake smile would had been better than none. Dont know what his relationship to property but he seemed bored out of his mind and it showed.

The room was fine. The front desk was rarely manned. The breakfast was minimal and the used condom in the parking lot was off-putting.

The cleaning staff was amazing, but the dryer needs replacing it left my clothes damp. One front desk staff member on the other hand is very unprofessional he made a clerical error in my bill and proceeded to cuss and yell when i asked him to fix it. Other than this hurt young man everything else was adequate.

It was clean, quiet, and parking was directly in front of the room.

Breakfast was basic hotel fare, but that's okay. The hot tub at the hotel was precisely what the doctor ordered at the end of the day. The close proximity to Petrified Forest National Park was great because that was the reason I stayed. Staff were super friendly

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were courteous as we made a special request regarding our rooms which they accommodated. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. They have an indoor pool which is great. Breakfast was great can choose scrambled eggs, sausage, pancake machine, choice of breads, coffee, juice, cereals. This was our second trip to this hotel. The main reason was how friendly staff were.

Everything was clean, room was pleasant & we really enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was plentiful & delicous.

Breakfast was terrible. Cereal, apples and waffles. No real coffee cream. It was very cheaply done.

A good night sleep before continuing on to our final destination. Although the breakfast was mostly carbs, it was sufficient to get you on the road with food in your stomach. All good, but did think the night clerk who checked us in was a bit rude.

This is a great little place in Holbrook. Formal checkin was quick. The office was locked until 7:00am in the morning. So much for breakfast if you are continuing your travel at an early time.

Great location, yummy waffles for breakfast. Clean room, nice table and chairs.

This motel has to be the best value in the area - it seems to be updated (clean look/feel, no yucky old carpets), has an indoor pool (nice and warm) and a hot jacuzzi, and most importantly - great breakfast (eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal etc.). Friendly staff.
