The motel was under modernization. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast only coffe. There was smoking in the rooms, beside us, in a non smoking motel, and some of other guest had big loose dogs runing around. Not a good thing. Owner was very nice, and total hot, 😘, and that help the stay. You are wellcome in Denmark. When the motel is finish, its gonna be great.

TERRIBLE! Ive never had a bad experience with a Super 8 hotel, until I stayed at this one. Several outlets didnt work. Very little water pressure in the shower. The front desk stated they are in the process of renovation. The only advantage was it is just off of I 40. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Our stay was Absolutely Terrible!!! It had no elevator and no cart to carry your baggage on. When we got to the room, it had no telephone so we were forced to use ours for everything ... Even to call the front desk, housekeeping or maintenance. The hotel advertises free breakfast and wifi. It had neither!!! Imagine, booking a hotel for a week long business trip, when you're expecting a hot breakfast before leaving for convention meetings ... And there is NONE!!! It gets worse. What about getting back to your hotel room, Hoping To Connect to Their FREE Wifi ... And NEVER being able to the Entire Week!!! Since my PC and Cellphone, are both supplied by the same business carrier. We had No Cellphone reception either!!! The only time we did, was when we were away from the hotel. After a long day of meetings and conferences, you want to get back to the room and comfortably enter information onto your computer ... But, we Could Not!!! The trip was a BUST and we would like to be compensated for our inconveniece!!!

This place was near the highway. Truckers all around. I booked this place because it was cheaper and close to where we wanted to get on for next day travels. Shower had hole in it. No smoke detector in room. I did tell management in the morning and she said she didn’t know. I called to see if my $50 refund was returned and told the night girl too! She said she didn’t know either. I was told they were doing renovations! I thought they would have offered my money back. Didn’t sleep well. Left in morning as soon as we got awake.

Needed one night as a trucker passing through and decided to stay here near my truck- should have went with my instincts and slept on my vehicle. This hotel obviously was a “trap/dope” hotel. The beds has cigarette burns, rooms smells god awful low piss, mold, something old and wet and body odor. I couldn’t even sleep- slept in my clothes from the day as the shower itself was gross , no toilet paper, bathroom sink has black hair dye stains all over it. Clearly this is a prostitution hotel- all the hallways smelled of cigarettes and weed. WHOMEVER OWNS PROPERTY- DO BETTER

The bathroom was even worse, the tub was black with grime, had a hole in it, and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. This is our choice motel when we're in the West Memphis area. We are never disappointed. Our room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable with clean linens. Bath linens were fluffy and nicer than expected. Shower wall-pump shampoo is a very nice addition. Complimentary breakfast was limited to waffles, juice and coffee, but the waffles are hot and delicious. We remain loyal patrons of this Super 8 motel.

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. One of our rooms was fine, the only issue was the remote control didn’t work for the television. The other room: the remote didn’t work, the refrigerator was missing, and the bathroom was literally covered in mold. The rest of the room looked newly renovated and very clean and nice. Very comfortable beds, good WiFi, plenty of outlets for chargers.

I was very happy with the staff running the facility. The are all very happy great you and accommodate your needs. I have been running back and forth to the university hospital for my brother. He had a heart attack on Wednesday. I made it here Thursday evening. So glad this property is a Wyndham location.

We regularly stay at this Super 8 when in the Memphis/West Memphis area and have been patrons for a number of years. The quality of service has always been excellent. The recent renovations have improved our stays with very comfortable beds and thicker, fluffy towels. The staff remain very friendly and are quick to offer kind assistance. We remain very satisfied customers and will recommend this hotel heartily to any one traveling in this area. Thank you for your standard of excellence!

I arrived late at night and they had been without electricity for a few hours, so were unable to get me my room. I had to get another place which was fine, but when I reached out for a refund super 8 refused to respond.

I stayed there a month and when the new owners took over they refused to honor my booking. And also called the police for literally no fault of my own

The property could use some upgrades here and there. Nettie was a great help I’m handicap and had a lot of to carry in and out of the car. Nettie was nice enough to help me with getting my things and helping me to the room.

The whole place was kind of dirty and really smelled like marijuana, although it was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. Did not have breakfast, and that was why I had selected this hotel. The bed is extremely comfy. Despite being near truckstops, not a lot of noise.

The good— Not much really The bad— Greeted by a person who dont like her job. In bad shape, many things are broken or damaged, is it so hard ro change a 75 cents light bulb? Breakfast ONLY has waffles juice and coffee….but it was good. The ugly— Right next to highway and very VERY noisy.

The property was situated next to convenience store and small IHOP. Dining options were relatively close. Upon entering hotel lobby we were met with overwhelming smelling of cigarettes. Night staff was very friendly and helpful. Hallways had the mixed smell of cigarettes and weed. Our room had the sink situated next to the door and the smells permeated the area. Bathroom tub had holes in the wall and was overall dirty. Pillows were not comfortable. Sheets and bedding appeared to be clean. Morning staff was also friendly and helpful.

Just stopped in to nap while driving cross country. Staff was very nice, no complaints there. There didnt seem to be much in the way of breakfast at all the morning I was there, so that was unfortunate. There was a good ihop next door. Tv didn't work, said it was hooked up to camcorder, sketch, but surely not sketchy as that sounds, not really the criminal minds type place by any means. They also make you pay a $50 deposit on top of your room. Can't stand when hotels do that, you never know when or if you'll get the deposit back. It's no great wolf lodge, but the bed was comphy, I slept like a rock, and the shower worked.

The condition is old and definitely needs a remodel. The towel rack was mostly missing in the bathroom. The breakfast was solely self-made waffles with syrup and choice of three juices. No milk or cereals, etc. were available. The faucet in the bathtub ran a small stream continuously. I measured the flow and calculated that it was wasting at least 64,000 gallons of water per year. I told the clerk and she was already aware of the leak and others and said it had been reported to the owner. I suggested that she tell him how much water and money he is losing without fixing it. The cleaning staff needed to do a better job. We found two "Coke" bottles, one partially empty, and a package of doughnuts left in the room from a prior guest.
