We are annual attendees if The Steel Horse Rally and normally stay at The Courtyard, located two buildings down. My husband accidentally booked your hotel for this trip. First iff, the front desk clerks were super nice our entire stay, so this review should nit reflect towards them. Upon entering our room, my husband noticed food crumbs in the floor and stains all in the carpet (we didn't go shoeless). I noticed hair on the shower wall and a dirty shower curtain and NO toilet tissue. The bathroom counter was so small, only one person could set out there necessities. But the instant hot water was a plus. While unpacking our cooler, we noticed there wasn't a fridge. I had to request a mini fridge AND got charged $25 dollars to use it! First day there(Thursday) the elevator broke with us in it. No one came to repair it all weekend. A fully booked, 9 floor hotel with 1 working elevator. We often had to take the service elevator and it was an inconvenient walk. Trash bags were not supplied to our room. We were never given bath rags. Only 2 towels and 1 hand towel for our entire stay. And parking was terrible! It will only be as a last resort for us to stay at this hotel again. Just being honest.

Asked for housekeeping, didn't get it, asked a second time and when the housekeeper got to room asked for full bathroom service. Just got one towel. The room was to gave a fridge, none. The room had no coffee cups for the coffee machine. Asked and got one. Our rooms AC leaked and instead of fixing they just turned it off. We had to ask for a room change it was never offered. The bar is poorly stocked. For breakfast, the host/server never came to our table except for bill. Had to go get water from her, had to ask for bill twice after sitting 20 minutes. Pool under construction, patio under construction, garden? What garden? Sundeck under construction. Main elevators out of order had to use service elevator or stairs to 5th floor ( which you access from outside). When concerns brought to attention of staff, they were rude and could not have cared less. Will never return.

An old school big hotel with an open atrium and waterfall...room was fine, pretty typical. There was no microwave nor a mini-fridge in the room, so that was a minus. They did have a room service breakfast menu, but I did not partake. Staff were all very nice. Parking lot was full, so they have some spaces in the garage across the street, which was nice as I rode my motorcycle there and having it in a covered garage was a bonus.

If you overlook the thick mold in the shower, the empty shampoo bottle from the previous guest in the shower or not having a fridge or microwave in the room it’s ok. You would then have ignore that there is only one small trash can in the whole big room and the toilet paper holder hanging on for dear life. Maybe stop putting money into the empty bar and restaurant!!! 0 out 5 do not recommend

The bed was very comfortable, the rest lacked a lot of luster. Inside is dated and noticeably worn. Instantly on entering my room my sinuses went crazy I asked staff change the filter because it was filthy and they happily obliged. Went out for the evening upon returning had the same issue so just took a shower and went to bed. Woke up in the morning face swollen and opened the curtains and the entire inside wall around the window was covered in black mold and the wall was bubbling and rotten. Went downstairs and mentioned it to staff they were profusely apologetic and said manager would call on Monday after showing them the video of all the mold, still to this day not a call an email or text.

Sink had mold along the edge. Shower had mold along the track of the sliding glass doors. Hair left from another guest on the pillow cases. Dirty shoe prints on the comforter. It was so disgusting! Won’t stay here ever again.

The hotel really needs to be updated. The room smelled musty and the sink had cracks in it. The room did not have a frig or microwave. We did not have a reservation and they gave me a rate. I questioned the rate and they said if I did it online then I would get a cheaper rate. I had to make reservations on my phone in front of the reservation desk to get the cheaper rate. The rooms did not look like the pictures online.

I loved the bed. It had the softest sheets I have ever slept on. Breakfast was expensive. You had to pay extra for a refrigerator in your room and access to wifi. Only one elevator was working. Coffee pods were $2.00 each. The rooms smelt clean and looked clean. The hotel was fully booked for the weekend. The staff handled the influx of people well except for one person. She made it seem like people who used Expedia shouldn't be allowed at her hotel.

The design of all floors open to bar/dining/seating areas below cause the noise levels to be out of control. You cannot sleep with loud laughing and talking below. It isn’t mufffled sounds; it literally sound like someone is screaming right out your door. There are also no amenities in the room such as fridge and microwave. Very poor design and sleep. Will never stay here again.

First they put us in the wrong room so we had to ask to change it. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. Paint was chipping off the doorframe. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was great and the waitstaff were very nice.

I had never been to this Wyndham and was skeptical going into a older building, but when we walked in, it was a nice surprise. Very clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Alana checked us in as she was so friendly, sweet, helpful. When we opened to door to our room we could hear the water fall in the lobby and the sound was so relaxing. Parking garage is well lit. We will definitely stay here again whenever in town. The only down fall, is the text service they never got back to me with requested information.

Check in was a disaster! Clerk had me standing at least 15 mins while the line got longer behind me. Had to run my card 3 times. Apparently the paid deposits weren’t in the system yet at 9pm. Ridiculous customer service. Rooms are dated, not enough parking, and over priced for what you get.

Ms. Renee was amazing always checking on us when we walked by the desk. Patrick the bartender was awesome. The weekend breakfast buffet had eggs to order but no one said anything about it. The food was not hot and the it left a lot to say about the big Guy who looked unkept, taking care of the food. Other wise you’d have to leave the area for another restaurant.

When I stepped into the elevator is was dirty. Glass was not clean, finger prints everywhere and just not what I expect from a Wyndham hotel. My room smelled musty and when I pulled the curtain back there had been an obvious water leak with Black mold. I told the front desk and asked for a different room. I was immediately given a new room. When I arrived in my new room it looked like my 10 year old son made the bed. The hotel is older but it doesn’t mean you can’t wipe the scoff marks off the door or hallway walls. Take some pride in your establishment.

We picked the hotel because it was pet friendly and in downtown Forf Smith. The hotel was great, it was clean, good service and had a bar onsite. The only downside is that downtown Fort Smith is not the greatest area. But the hotel is by the convention center.

We were in Ft Smith for a cheer competition. It was convenient being connected to the convention center. However breakfast wasn’t included, which was fine but food was not good. The hotel knew how booked this hotel was due to competition but only had two staff members working restaurant. No clean plates to start. Food was just okay. Had to wait on food and drinks. Way below par for the price. Those two workers ran their feet off and just couldn’t keep up. You can do better Wyndam.

This property is old and its not really in a great location. All of the staff were friendly and helpful but it's still hard to overlook popcorn ceilings, toilet paper holders half off the wall, tasteless food when we ordered room service, and absolutely horrible eggs at the buffet. We selected the property for it's general location and breakfast with the room. In short, there was no real value for the money. I will not stay at this property again.

This was our 2nd stay since 2024. Nice clean and beautiful open area with water fall, a restaurant and bar area as you enter. Rooms are very nice with tile walk in shower. Our one complaint, no free breakfast any more. We would have been happy with the offer if a 6:00 breakfast that was mentioned in the amenities but no one at the desk or the restaurant knew anything about it. You need to fix that. Don’t offer something you’re not going to give.
