This hotel is not like the pictures on the website. When you go to check in you can only go into a little area there was not a nice reception area like the pictures show and no breakfast area and we reserved a room with 2 queen beds we got 2 full size beds and there was 4 of us and they only had 2 washcloths and 2 towels in the room for us and when I asked for more towels they wanted the used ones back first. When we got there to check in I told them we had a reservation and they acted surprised and asked you have a reservation here and I showed them. And they then looked on the computer and found our reservation. I do not recommend this hotel. The tiles in the bathroom were broke and the toilet was wobbly, the WiFi didn’t work, and half the lights didn’t work.

We arrived and the drug addicts were outside smoking crack. The prostitutes were soliciting for sex in front of my car. The staff an available could not speak English. The elevator did not work and the rooms were up the stairs, high up. The staff was unprofessional and we stood scared trying to find out if we was at the wrong hotel. We was not, we thought the hotel was closed down until the buyers rolled up to buy. This hotel is a danger and should be condemned

This place was terrible. My husband and I juat needed a few hours sleep while on our way to Ohio. As we walked were walking to our room there was trash and half emtpy beer bottles laying around. In our room, the blanket was dirty and had a lot of cigarette burn holes and the sheets were very very stained with what looked like urine. The room looked like it wasn't clean, the shower curtain had holes and stains and yellow due to cigarette smoke. The couch and 2 finning chairs were falling apart, old, and smelled terrible. This place was disgusting!!! We checked in around 10pm and checked out around 4am. We took the bedding off the bed and we used our own bedding. We couldn't stay all night to get some rest, we were very uncomfortable and grossed out.

As promoted, it looked like a decent establishment for a quick reprieve after a lot of driving. Once we arrived at the property, we found it to look almost condemned. Dirty and altogether unkept. Bad reception from the desk manager. Upon approaching our room (just wanted to give it a try after 18 hours of driving) we were met by multiple individuals in the parking lot doing drugs openly, room doors open along the walkway exposing similar activities. I was approached by a few women, which seemed to be a worker of the streets…I didn’t even finish unpacking the car, because there was a group of unsavory characters staring at my family and I like we were a target. I went to the room to get my family to find it in horrid conditions. Smelled like body odor, and everything was stained and sticky. We left immediately. I would absolutely never, ever recommend this establishment. Definitely would like a refund.

The doors on the room were dirty dirty. The socket for the internet was hanging out of the wall. Had issues with getting in the room. Had to swipe the bag seven to eight times to get in the room. Had guests with children put above us and they were noisy as hell for hours, stomping and rolling luggage. Felt like we were in an apartment the noise was so loud. No soap in the room. No cups, no coffee maker, no kleenex. Lights by the bed worked when they wanted to. Light by sink started flickering. The only reason I stayed was it wasnjust for overnight.

I wasn't able to stay. I made the reservation online with the payment protection, however, upon trying to check in the man would not except my Government issued Veterans ID card. Prior to making the reservation, I called and asked if it was possible to receive a Veterans discount. He said yes as long as I would present my card while checking in. When I got there to check in, the man kept insisting I needed a State ID card to get the room. I asked for the refund and he said he had nothing to do with that and that I would have to call with whomever I booked the room with, which was hotels.com. I've tried calling the customer service number countless times last night, as well as this morning without any success at all.

The check in was a nightmare, the receptionist had a foreign accent and spoke very softly through a Perspex safety shield making her almost inaudible. Then my credit card was declined, so I switched to my debit card. This too was declined. After failing to contact uk with my mobile they said they could not make int calls from their phone. So I paid in cash. I then went to an ATM nearby at which both my credit card and debit card worked fine. When I informed the reception of this they said their machine was fine. Not very helpful.

In my opinion this place were a prostitute nest, I was planning to stay with my kids and wife due to a car broke down and base on the way pictures looked on Expedia y sounded a safe place to spend the night, but nothing was even close to the reality. The entrance is right beside a gas station we're you can see drug addicts and what it looks prostitutes hanging out trying to get business into the hotel.the overall look of the hotel is dirty not well maintained we decided to go somewhere else, I couldn't get my money back because didn't wanted pay for the insurance, lesson well learned don't trust the pictures from Expedia and buy insurance so you can get your money back.
