The staff was friendly. The elevator needs some tlc. My room was clean for the most part but there was hair all over the place in the bathroom. Not sure why staff did not clean the bathroom better. I didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment. Good stay.

In the three nights we spent here we never had cleaners and we had to track down housekeepers for clean facecloths and towels. Thankfully we had pool towels that were not used for showers. The welcome cookies and lemonade were a nice surprise upon our arrival however as was the outdoor pool.

Property is located in a good location near Wal Mart and several restaurants. It does have a small pool with very little shade. The room was laid out ok but had a musty smell, probably because the A/C fan was running on high. The A/C temp read low on the unit. We had to turn it down pretty low to be comfortable. The king bed was a standard hard hotel bed. We left before breakfast was ready. All in all, good location and decent price.

I’m sure it will be tended to but the microwave and refrigerator both did not work. We did inform the front desk but let them know we were fine and didn’t need it worked on tonight. But, it would have been good if our drinks could have been kept cold. Otherwise, clean facility and beds are comfortable.

Without notice a man came into our room violating our DND sign saying he was cleaning carpets and management told him he could. This before 2 hours before checkout time. The Manager was of no help and had the nerve to state that they had a paper at the desk notifying guests. I paid for the room until checkout time and expect compensation. Not even an apology!! Horrible. Clean AFTER the guests check out!! Never violate a DND without calling first!! Basic. Terrible place.

What a great stay. From the time I checked in to the interactions as I came & went every single person I met over the 4 days I was there greeted me with a genuinely warm smile and asked if there was anything they could do for me. I don’t know why I’ve always been such a fan of the holiday in but this is just another reason why. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had. They are currently updating the property which is nice to know because it does need it & I will be back in the area again.

The property was very convenient for the reason I was in town however the hot water setting on the shower should saw lukewarm instead of hot. The tub was dingy and stained. I actually thought it was dirty and tried to clean in it. Called and requested towels and was told they would be right up after waiting for an hour I decided to just go get them only to find out that the front desk attendant was on the phone and had forgotten I called.

We always look for lodging that is clean, quiet, and safe. This Holiday Inn easily checked all of those boxes. But additionally, this Holiday Inn also employs wonderful people. Everyone from the front desk employees to the woman who prepares breakfast was very kind, helpful, and nice. The location is right off the highway and close to Walmart and many restaurants to choose from. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.
