Awesome place! Highly recommend!

I rented the space for my in laws to stay in while visiting for my daughter’s graduation. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a dedicated parking spot. You walk through a gate and down a set of exterior stairs to the apartment. The space was cool and quiet for them. They are older so the steps were a little tricky but we knew that beforehand and they managed.

This property was very comfortable and well maintained. Notes for future guests based on my experience as well as previous comments:-You can indeed hear all footsteps from upstairs. This should not scare you away though because you'll only experience it during the day, when you should be out exploring Castle Rock and nearby areas!-There are very friendly black lab dogs within the guests access area. I personally didn't have a problem, but they did almost push me over and down the concrete stairs. Recommend to the Vrbo owner to not allow your dogs to reach that area of the property as that could be a lawsuit if left unchecked (invisible fencing/collars were not enough - you'll probably want a garden fence or something).-Plenty of supplies are provided to get you settled in (water, snacks, shampoos, and other minor useful toiletries).-The washer and dryer were the biggest selling points for me - you can travel lighter since you can wash your clothes throughout the stay.-The driveway does have a ledge/drop-off style design for water run-off, so we had to brace for impact when entering the driveway (just so it doesn't startle anyone).

Easy to find, easy to access. We were just in town for a graduation. The place was perfect for two couples. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The place was well stocked and the host was responsive.

As advertised...Kozy! Had a fantastic experience, and would recommend to friends headed to Castle Rock/
