What guests think

At Sleep Inn Monterrey Norte, reviews paint a mixed picture: many appreciate the location near the metro and friendly staff, while recurring issues include cleanliness lapses, maintenance problems, strong drain odors, and disruptive noise at night.

Facilities draw criticism, with several mentions of a dirty or closed pool and limited or crowded parking. Breakfast feedback is split between good flavor and value and complaints about limited selection, disposable tableware, or inconsistent opening times. Some travelers also faced reservation or billing (invoice) difficulties and felt the on-site environment could be unsafe due to people lingering outside rooms.
