Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável no Pan hotel. Nós gostamos muito da localização e da simpatia dos funcionários. O café da manhã era bem gostoso, o quarto era grande e limpo. Os unicos pontos negativos sao o tamanho do elevador e do box do chuveiro. Os dois eram muito pequenos. Deu pra usar porque nos nao somos altos e nem temos claustrofobia, mas imagino que para pessoas com essas caracteristicas seja importante considerar isso.

立地が抜群に良かった！シンタグマ広場から徒歩2分くらいで、空港からのバス（X95）のバス停もすぐ、パルテノン神殿の入り口にも徒歩10分くらいで行けます。・朝食はシンプルだけれど美味しかった。デニッシュ、パン、シリアル、ハム、チーズ、トマト、ゆで卵など。ヨーグルトにはちみつをかけていただきました。・ホテルに到着したのは、朝の10時半過ぎだったと思いますが、アーリーチェックインさせてくれました。ありがとう。・スタッフの方も親切でした。・一つあるとすれば、エレベーターがマニュアル式で狭いです。慣れれば大丈夫だけれど、初めは驚きました。

The hotel is in an amazing location. Shops & restaurants are all over. The staff was very efficient. If you need a taxi, the hotel will get it for you. The hotel elevator is very small so keep that in mind if you are claustrophobic. I took the stairs.

The hotel elevator is very small and I suffer from claustrophobia. I originally had my room on the 6th floor with a balcony but they moved it to the 2nd floor so I can just take the stairs up and down which is no problem.

Der Vorteil an der Unterkunft ist definitiv die Lage. 1min Fußweg und man ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Ebenfalls ist die nächste U-Bahn Station (Syntagma) zu Fuß nur ca 3min entfernt. Das Zimmer an sich war nicht so der Brüller. Sehr hellhörig man hört jeden Schritt und tritt im Flur, für Leute die nicht tief schlafen definitiv ein Problem. Ebenfalls merkt man das alles nur Auf gefrischt wurde mehr nicht. Kein Ganzkörper Spiegel vorhanden. Das Badezimmer eine Katstrophe,dreckiger Duschkopf, verstopfte Badewanne, ekeliger Dusch Vorhang etc. Es werden Einweg Pantoffeln zu Verfügung gestellt jedoch waren die schon mal geöffnet. Der Aufzug (wir hatten das Zimmer im 7.Stock) dauert eine Ewigkeit bis er hoch und runter fährt. Ebenso passen in den Aufzug keine 2 Personen mit Koffer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer stets bemüht genau so wie die Putzfrau großes Lob an sie. Für mich war der Aufenthalt dort nicht 3 Stern würdig sondern eher 1 bis maximal 2 Sterne.

立地がかなり良いです！スタッフも親切な人が多いです。朝食の準備を慌ただしくしていた女性スタッフは一度手を止めて朝食の説明をしてくれ、ドリンクまで用意してくれました！ 2泊の滞在で、2日目に私たちが朝のんびり支度をしていたら清掃の方が入ってきました。準備中なので1時間後にお願いできるか聞いたところOKしてくれましたが、外出から戻ると部屋はそのままでした。忙しくて忘れられていたのかもしれませんが、少し残念でした。また、最終日の朝、寝られなくてロビーで母と電話していたら、5時頃、朝食がもう用意できたからどうか？と男性スタッフが声をかけてくれてとても嬉しかったです。全体的には大満足でしたが、清掃の件だけ残念でしたので期待を込めて良いとさせていただきます。

Camera decisamente ampia. La camera tripla aveva una camera singola separata con bagno dedicato, quindi viaggiando con nostra figlia lei era completamente autonoma. I bagni piccoli e un po' datati. La nostra doccia "faceva acqua" da tutte le parti e quindi ogni volta allagavi il pavimento. Pulizie nel complesso bene anche se all'arrivo c'era sulla tenda una macchia gelatinosa non meglio precisata. Colazione in una saletta un po' stratta e a mio giudizio poco abbondante, specialmente pel la parte dolce ma comunque buona. La posizione è perfetta per poter visitare a piedi tutti i principali siti archeologici, la piazza del parlamento (Piazza Syntagma) e le vie dello shopping. Hotel consigliato.

We loved the breakfast lady, she made our stay a lot better. Our problem with this hotel was the state of the bathroom. A lot of mold, especially in the shower. The showerhead was disgusting and needs to be changed. It was also a smell of mold filling the room every time we entered and the aircondition had been on a break. The rest of the room is ok.

The Pan Hotel is right in the middle of everything, yet was super quiet. Easy to get to from public transit with great front desk staff who went above and beyond with any of my questions/ needs. The lady assisting with the included breakfast was also amazing with her customer service. Super clean and comfortable at a great price. Highly recommend!

We stayed 1 day after our cruise just to see Greece. The property was close to everything, to plaka bus,parliament building .staff was nice and accomodating,they facilitate our taxi for the next day to leave for the airport.Has free breakfast which was a good plus. Elevator was so small only fit two people,not good for claustrophobic customers Bec our room is in the eighth floor. Bathroom is clean but shower was very small wont fit a regular American. Size person. The halls and room are very small eighther will fit only 3 people,with a single bed,but will be a little tight. Except for that everything was good. We will come back if its just me and my husband. We will have to book another room if we will bri g our 2 teenage sons.

over all I Loved this place, The downs of it (for my visit) Tiny Elevator relatively noisy night from kids out side my window till way after midnight, Breakfast (that looks good) was too crowded for me I chouse to eat somewhere else, The Up and above: Perfect location My room was spotless clean super nice staff nice small room comfortable bed Over all the value was super high Liked this place and may come back at my next visit in Athens

Välkomnande bemötande när vi anlände av receptionisten John. Vi blev uppgraderade då jag är Guld-medlem och bjöds på gott vin m nötter. Vi fick en svit med två sovrum som båda hade mycket sköna sängar - mjuka madrasser. Bra AC och varmt vatten i duschen. Några småsaker skulle kunna förbättras - minikylen på rummet var inte tillräckligt kall och jag tycker de skulle bjuda på en flaska vatten (om man glömt köpa). Min kompis skulle med ett tidigt flyg och hon fick tillgång till frukosten redan kl 06:00 trots att de egentligen inte öppnar förrän 07:00. Frukosten var helt. Hotellet ligger 200 meter från flygbussen vilket gör det enkelt.

This was a great stay! The rooms were a little small and the bathrooms are outdated and the shower water gets all over the floor, however, great trade off for the area! Close to the acropolis, shopping and the restaurant across the street was great! Plus they had a little breakfast included which was easy for us! Would recommend

This is a gem in Athens! So glad I went with the reviews. Christof at the front desk and ladies at the breakfast area was fantastic. I traveled solo and was so worried but they made me feel at home and gave me recommendations where to go and how. The best part is take bus 95 from airport and this is like 2 minutes walk straight down. Great place I would come back for sure !

Liars, cheats and swindlers! Room 301 had a KNOWN issue with the air conditioner making an intermittent whirring noise that was too loud to sleep through. The housekeeper told me they knew about it. And yet they gave me that room anyway for a 3 night stay. After being woken at 2am by the noise, I asked for a new room. Was told the only open room had one bed (I paid for 2), a cruise ship like bathroom and was not usually used (it had a string musty odor, damaged walls). I declined it night 1, asked again for new room day 2 and only offered same crap room. Didn’t get an acceptable new room until day 3. Manager refuses to refund my first 2 nights. They intentionally tried to trick me into taking a room that I could never sleep in, or accept a sub par alternative. I’m fighting for my refund. Further, the sheets and blanket felt like cardboard and the property is run down. DO NOT STAY THERE!

We had two rooms and we arrived early. One of the rooms was ready and they kindly let us settle in it wich was very appreciated since we were up for 24 hours. Hotel was really clean and the included breakfast was perfect and on time in the morning. A lot of restaurant nearby and walking distance of the Acropolis.

Best part was the breakfast. Especially the woman helping to explain the choices and clean up. She was very nice and friendly Bathroom had some cleanliness issues. Black stuff on walls The elevator was so small that 3 people couldn’t go at same time with luggage. I had an issue and wanted to get the name of the manger and was told I couldn’t have it ? Imagine a manger not willing to talk to a customer. All communication is through the hotel front desk only - dissatisfied

Pan Hotel is located in the perfect location to explore Athens. Restaurants are close and many options to pick from. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean, small but efficient. We spent little time in the room. It was nice to have a clean room to come back to after exploring all day. Continental breakfast was Ok. Hotel set up transport from airport and to cruise port. The drivers were very friendly and informative. We had a 2bdrm, 2ba room. It was perfect! We would definitely stay again when visiting Athens.

Fantastic location very near Syntagma Square, which is on Metro Line 3 direct from the airport. Breakfast also very good & there are so many cafes & restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is just 3-5 minutes walk from syntagma square. You can watch the changing of the guards, take the metro or tram from there. If you are joining any local tours, it’s walkable to the meeting area. It’s close to Plaka. There are so many places around the hotel for dining, desserts and shopping.

It's near of everything. You can walk to all the monuments. The entrance to the Acrópolis Is only 12 minutes walking. There aré lots of restaurant around the hotel. Syntagma square Is 300 meters from here. I would come back to this hotel again!
