Although the area was sketchy, the bathroom sink was cracked and the room looked run down, it did seem clean. But at 1:30AM we were awoken by a drunk person who had been locked out of the room nextdoor repeatedly smashing their door against the deadbolt trying to break it down and screaming obscenities at the people inside. This went on for at least 30 minutes, before her (also drunk) companions woke up and let her in. Then they continued yelling at each other inside the room for another hour and a half. Ultimately she accused one of them of hitting her and left. Several men in the room continued talking loudly and started playing loud music with the bass cranked up. Over 2-3 hours I tried calling front desk more than 12 times, but no one ever picked up (called every listed number for the hotel but once transferred to the frontdesk it would just ring and ring.) Eventually, when she started screaming about one of them hitting her, we called the police. By the time they arrived she was gone and the men in the room denied any kind of fight. After the police left, the men in the room ran out but left their music on full blast all night. We never got ahold of any staff or got any help from the hotel. We left exhausted as soon as it was light out, and the worker who checked us out (who had also checked us in the night before) had no idea the police had come and couldn't explain why no one was manning the desk all night.

Our checking went OK, and our first impression of the room was great. However, the adjustable shower mount was broken and wouldn't stay over waist high. The caulking in the bathroom was in bad disgusting. The door security latch was missing a screw and wouldn't have provided any resistance to entry. The bathroom door was jacked in the frame and would stick, then would make a terrible noise when it finally opened. We thought the breakfast would be good, but when we got there, there was food scattered all over the counter and it appeared there was no one cleaning the area. There was no food in the hit pan, so we had a waffle and toast, which was ok. After about 20 minutes an employee came out with sausage and eggs for the hot pan. We got some right away only to find it colder than room temperature. We didn't want to get sick, so we threw it away, as did many others. We will definitely NOT be back.

Stayed 1 night

My husband, two sons and I stayed for one night at this hotel and I have to say I am thankful it was only one. The parking lot is small and has homeless roaming around. Checkin process went well. But then when we got on the elevator to go up to our 3rd floor room we noticed profanity on the doors of the elevator. The hall was clean. In our room, only one channel worked on the tv. The lighting around the headboard had a short in the switch and only worked part of the time. There were stains on almost every towel and mold in the shower. But at least the beds were comfy and spacious. In the morning we went down to breakfast at 8am and they were out of almost everything and the breakfast setup was a mess. The breakfast attendant was more worried about getting herself some food and coffee then she was about keeping the area stocked and cleaned for the guest. Then I went to the front desk to turn in the keys and get out of there. The guy helped the lady in front of me and then walked away to go stock the cooler in the lobby. I walked up to him and very politely said "I needed to check out too. That's why I was standing in line." He preceded to tell me "Okay thanks for staying and give us a Google review."
