Owner walks around asking why are we standing outside our rooms.Opening doors while we're sleeping..Power going off.. Bathroom and Bed linens burnt torn stained. Just a terrible stay I checked out a day earlier.

There was dirty sheets and towels blood on the pillow cases cockroaches in the shower we had to leave wasn't sanitary for me and my disable brother to stay would not recommend anyone stay here

Extremely dirty. Two large death cockroaches on the floor. The floor wasn’t vacuumed and was full of trash. One of the towels in the restroom had a huge black stain.

We were ready for breakfast at 6 am my wife and me , went at 6:10 am the office door was locked. I had to call at 6: 25 am front desk answer so we asked at what time the breakfast was supposed to be ready he said now went back he opened the office door finally we went in and it was 6:30 am it was a little disappointed they had coffee and yogurt and a pastry,, no cereal no fruit it was noteworthy.

Driving up to the property we didn't feel safe. We actually booked at another hotel and didn't even stop The car just kept driving. Tried calling to cancel but had a very hard time understanding the guy that answered the phone.

I booked a suite. However, at check-in, I was downgraded to a regular room with no partial refund or other consideration. Second and most importantly, my room smelled of raw sewage. The odor was creeping out through the drain pipes in the bathroom. Small insects were coming out of the sink drain and I found other, larger bugs along the walls in the shower. I brought the odor up with tje front desk. "It's the city." In response to the bugs emerging from the drains? "It's hot outside." Such BS. Never again. Avoid this place like the plague, because it sure smells like the plague.
