Kanab Suites

What guests think

At Kanab Suites, guests consistently praise spotless, spacious suites with well-equipped kitchens and an easy, code-based self check-in, while the central, walkable location makes a convenient base for visiting nearby parks and local eateries.

Guests also value free on-site laundry; some mention outdoor fire pits and straightforward parking near rooms. Drawbacks noted across reviews include the lack of a pool and ice machine, occasional street or neighbor noise and loud AC, and a few comments about dark rooms or windows that do not open. Kommen gerne wieder.

This is exactly the type of place my wife and I seek out and prefer on our road trips. Ground level, single story…pull up and park directly in front of the room for ease in unloading/loading suitcases, etc. Secure keyless entry to a very clean, spacious, well-appointed room. Vinyl plank flooring. Comfy king bed with light, electrical/usb outlets within easy reach on wall mounted nightstand on both sides of bed. Fully equipped kitchenette…sink, range top, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. Large bathroom/shower with plenty of counter space. Quiet, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, etc. Very reasonably priced. If this is the type of place you prefer, I highly recommend Kanab Suites.

The room is very spacious and functional. Good sized fridge, good sized bathroom, comfortable beds. If I had to make one comment for improvement, parking should be marked for rooms. There’s a parking space for each room but people in rooms around back were parking out front making it difficult to find a spot.

Everything about this stay was amazing. The room size, the comfort of the bed, bathroom was a nice size and pristine. I loved the large window that we could see out but no one could see in. It was a bonus to have free laundry facilities. Location was perfect and could walk to many local places.

I think it'll be okay if you stay for about a day. First of all, my family stayed for 5 days. I don't have an office, so if you need anything, you have to contact me by message. I wanted it to be clean because I had children, but it was messy. The shower booth was not clean, so I cleaned it again, and the sink kept smelling from the drain, so I kept the fan on. It would be nice if the sink was clean, too. The location of the hotel was good.

We loved the cool modern southwest vibe. Our favorite restaurant was a block away and we definitely used the small well equipped kitchen for breakfast and made a spa dinner one night and dined in. Ice soda shop across the street. Easy out of town access to Zion NP. Shower could have been cleaner. Otherwise very nice.

Clear, easy directions were sent for checkin which went smoothly. The rooms was very spacious and we loved have a kitchen space to make a simple dinner. The utensils and pots/pans were limited but enough to make spaghetti. I really appreciated the large window that had privacy glass so although it looked out onto the main street it felt private. I would definitely recommend this properry, as it was one of my favorite places on our trip..

The room itself was fine. We stayed two days. On the first day I let them know the batteries for the TV remote were dead. No one ever came by to provide new batteries. The only way the TV worked was with the remote. Fortunately, I had extra batteries that fit the remote. Also, the room was on the main street running through town so it was a bit noisy all day long.

The room was big. The beds were comfortable for all members of our party. The room has a big shower with a handicap rail. The sink was good sized. The fridge was bigger than most. It had a microwave, stove, and dishes with a full range of spices in the cubboard. It had table and chairs to eat a meal. There were two chairs we sat next to a heat light that helped warm us up. The room heater worked well. The place was clean. We were all impressed with the room. The washer and dryer was free to use. Just make sure you realize a wash load takes about an hour. We were close to places to eat and the cowboy museum. The price was right. We would definitely come back when in the area again.
