What guests think

At OYO Hotel Familiar Tollan Cholula, travellers describe a simple, budget stay with generally clean rooms and a quiet location near the Cholula center, along with on-site parking, but recurring operational issues can affect comfort and convenience.

Multiple reviews note intermittent or missing hot water, limited or absent towels and toiletries, and frequent problems with TV signal or functionality. Mattresses are repeatedly described as very hard, and some bathrooms lack a shower partition that leaves floors wet. Service feedback is mixed, with check-in confusion, delayed assistance, and occasional billing or access issues; overall, expect practical lodging where location outweighs amenities and polished service.
