Modern Home w/ Yard + Deck, 1 Mi to Clemson U!

House conveniently located near Clemson, however entire home needs a deep cleaning.

The home has a lot of potential, but it ultimately fell short in several important areas, especially cleanliness and upkeep.Upon arrival, it was clear the property had not been thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen cabinets needed to be wiped down, and the baseboards throughout the home were noticeably dirty. There were also visible splatters on the walls that appeared to be from insects that had been previously hit. The vacuum, unfortunately, released dust back into the air when you turn it on & had a terrible odor. The kitchen supplies also need attention, as the pots and pans were heavily worn and should be replaced. The leather couch was peeling, which detracted from the comfort and appearance of the living space. Outside, the deck and patio area had not been cleaned or prepared for use, which was disappointing as it could be a nice space to enjoy.Although the home does include a washer and dryer, the unit needed to be cleaned out before it could be used. Overall, the property would benefit significantly from a deep, professional cleaning and general refresh. There was also a noticeable odor in the home consistent with an older property.Comfort-wise, the temperature difference between floors was another challenge, the upstairs was significantly warmer than the lower level, making sleeping uncomfortable.With proper attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and minor updates, this home could be a great stay, but in its current condition it did not meet expectations.

This home is now a favorite stay for visiting our Clemson student. The location is perfect; walking distance to coffee, shopping and even campus. There was plenty of room and the home was well stocked.
